Terrible customer service. Try to trick you into buying the wrong fountain drink for the advertised price. They only have one size of cups and every single cup dispenser except for one in the corner. And it says very big what the price is and very small that it has to be a certain size. Then the worker who must have been the owner's son told me you couldn't do it for that price. I said fine I'll dump it in the smaller cup once he finally showed me where they were and he said go ahead. I just walked out forget all that they can't have any of my money.

Ali Raza is an outstanding worker! Always give him his raises. He is also great at customer service.Yogita Patel is a great manager! She deserves her raises too!

I seriously don’t understand how you own a business and don’t have a working phone line. I called 6 times due to getting charged for $20 in gas I didn’t get and you get a loud ringing at a super high pitch

I was so excited to see a 7-eleven on my trip from NY to Cincinnati. We had these in CT and I loved their soda slurpees. It was later on in at night, well after dark, and I needed gas and something to drink that would keep me awake. This location was right off the highway and well lit. They have BP gas, which is Top Tier, and the pumps seemed newer. I ran inside to get a Mountain Dew Slurpee. Inside was not the cleanest, as there were boxes among other things, scattered all over the place. There were some empty cups and lids sitting all over the drink area. There was one gentleman working, however he had air pods in so it took quite a bit to get his attention to check out (which also didnt seem super safe for him). My drink was good and my gas was reasonably priced. I guess that is the most important thing.

This 711 was better than you’d expect. The bathroom was very clean and the manager gave me another coffee after I accidentally spilled mine all over the floor. Easiest 5 star of my life.

Horrible store, items are over priced. Do NOT buy a bag of ice $5.75 from this location. You will definitely pay for it's convenient location. Go across the street for reasonable prices.

I love going to this gas station everyone is always extremely nice!!! They have wonderful things in stock!! They also are always cleaning things I love this!I see them at like 11:00 at night wiping everything down and really cleaning they always wear mask! I'll only go to this gas station When I'm out in the Strongsville area!!
