I don’t know what’s going on here but the pharmacy is an absolute nightmare. I scheduled my cove and flu vaccines, arrived 10 mins early with only one person ahead of me and it took 40 minutes. Then I took my son for his flu shot and the exact same thing happened, arrived on time and waited 30 mins with only one person ahead of us. Go somewhere else for your vaccines if you can.

The store portion is great and the pharmacists are great when they are there. But the last couple years it’s turned into half the time when I go to get my grandmothers medication, there’s no pharmacist so you can’t get any meds. They don’t warn anyone about closings. Even if you call into get a refill or will say that it’ll be ready same day but you can go up and it’s closed. I love Walgreens and she’s been getting her prescriptions here for the last 15 years but I think it’s going to end with us transferring to another pharmacy.

Rudest pharmacy I’ve ever encountered. I have to call every time I fill something because they’ve screwed it up. The website is constantly inaccurate and the phones don’t work half the time; when you do get through, they talk to you like you being confused about the inaccuracies and upset about having to call and fix it every time is the worst thing they’ve ever experienced and you’re a horrible person for even calling. Do your jobs and you wouldn’t have to take phone calls from confused and annoyed customers all the time.

Every time I’ve called there is always a wait to speak to someone in the pharmacy department. I’ve been on hold for 55 minutes or more. This is Ridiculous and it makes no sense whatsoever that a person is on hold for this long. I’m truly disappointed and feel that this needs to be addressed.

The most inconvenient convenience store I've ever experienced. I placed a simple color printing order that Fed-ex could handle with ease, only to arrive to my order incomplete and a very rude employee. I didn't receive a single call about an issue with my order and was inconvenienced by not receiving my order tonight. The employee acted as though my order was an inconvenience to her and her managers and I did not feel at all respected as a customer. I would highly recommend skipping over this store all together if you need anything other than a quick shopping trip. Their photo counter and pharmacy are completely unreliable.

I have never found a pharmacy better than Walgreens. My Streetsboro store is the best. I take quite a few meds and my pharmacist and associates have always been on top of everything. Received my COVID booster, flu shot and week later, my pneumonia shot. With everyone trying to stay healthy, I feel secure having Walgreens as my go to pharmacy/store..

This pharmacy is a joke..I have cancer and need my meds I have ha nothing but problems..over and over again..I went in today to pick up my CANCER meds and pharmacy is shut down...WHAT?? sign says open until 9pm...uhhhh?? What am I supposed to do? (Not the 1st time they have screwd up either)

Have tried to pick up prescriptions after work hours (6pm) after being left message open til 9pm.They aren't open!Went today at 10am NOT OPENCANT GET PRESCRIPTIONS FILLED IN ANY TIMELY MANNER ANYMORE (2-4days)Always excusesFind another pharmacyBeen here for 10 years and I'm doneLife depends on it!

Closed yet again with no info. Nice that your holding my prescription. Roads are clear your lot is plowed and your lights are off. This is the second time this site has just shut down with no info. Very professional.
