They don't vet the local moving companies they work with. I regret ever using their service. It cost me over 10k to have missing furniture hardware and one less truck than I was quoted needing, and their partners, Dearman Moving & Storage, wound up harassing me on Thanksgiving day for their immediate payment, claiming they would "file felony theft charges" if I didn't send proof that payment was in the mail that very day. They were so busy trying to collect their payment on Thanksgiving day that they were unwilling to give me any information on the claims process for the missing furniture.

Not happy at all. We were kind to movers, made coffee for them, bought them lunch. Damaged furniture, mattresses looked like they were drug from truck uncovered. Black marks on chairs and black handprints on upholstery. Missing items too many to list...so so disappointed.

Good little shopping center. Has Marc's and Giant Eagle. Good Chinese restaurant. Sporting goods store etc
