I’ve had a membership here since they opened and have always had a good experience. I needed to update a credit card on file and Nate was extremely helpful. I enjoy driving up and getting that friendly wave as I approach the wash.

Consistently plays their music too loud and can be heard over 50 feet away inside houses in our neighborhood and is breaking the Streetsboro City Ordinance 509.10. Tried to email the owner and he told us he was refusing to turn down the volume.
