“This store is a hidden gem you need to check out! The selection of items was way more interesting/eclectic than most thrift stores and has a good selection of alternative fashion accessories and “costume” pieces if that’s what you’re into. Employees were nothing but friendly and the store had such a welcoming atmosphere. Y’all gained a repeat customer!”

“When reading reviews about Abbey Ann's make sure you're reading the correct location. I'm reviewing the Tallmadge Ave here. This store has true antiques like it's sign boasts, and it should. I'm not an antiquer but was raised by one, and I know what a treasure looks like.”
“I try the drop donations off when it's open . You do have to drive to the back for donations, but there's plenty of room to turn around. They have jewelry, clothing and many other things in good condition.”
“Walked in at 10 a.m. with a few other customers. I like this store because it's always clean and picked up. The merchandise is nice. The parking lot is big and it's not cluttered with litter. Has new temporary hours. 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.”
“The cashier went above and beyond for my little girl! My daughter loves TY plush. She asked me to take her to Goodwill to see if she could find any. A very kind employee asked if she could be of any assistance in looking for some in a large bin. I just want to say thank you. You made my little girl's shopping trip extra special for her.”

“Only thing holding this Goodwill back from a 5 star review, is its merchandise im personally looking for. As silly as that sounds, thrift stores all depend not only on their donations but also management and staff on final say on what ends up on the floor and each location differs slightly. (Each Goodwill seems a little different in what they carry) For example this one is good for books, older knick knacks, elderly clothes and some of the 1st hand non "thrift" 2nd hand items.. The one in Kent is good for younger adult clothes, crafts and furniture. The Goodwill in Cuyahoga Falls on State Rd. when i went a few years ago seemed to best for electronics. The one on Britain Rd which i believe moved to Tallmadge on Rt. 9 offered a lot of kids clothes and unique finds. Then of course Waterloo Rd. Is the biggest and the best of them all. I encourage people to check out every location. They all have their own "specialties" it would seem. I know im missing some on this list but i also either haven't been since they built them or its been many years since ive been there.”
