I called them told them what time I would like to come in and they accommodated me. We are traveling. I got my nails done just like I was home so happy.

Unfortunately my first and last time. I got a pedicure today and while the people were nice the polish isn’t smooth. I could have done a better job at home and it cost me almost $60. I’ve never received a pedicure that looked or felt this way.

IM NEVER GOING BACK‼️
I’m sitting getting my full set done in when a man and his daughter walked in.The lady whom I’m guessing is the owner had me get up in the middle of my full set being done and go have my pedicure done by another nail tech. (Mind you another young lady sat where I had got up fromThe best part of the pedicure was the massage. The polish is terrible and she didn’t cut my toenails enough. (It had been months since my last pedicure).
Once the half ass pedicure was done then she had me sit in another chair and the nail tech who butchered my feet began to do the same to my nails‼️‼️‼️ Oh it was a showdown they talked about me in Chinese do y'all hear me???!! I am a black woman!! The owner made me get up for a white customer y'all. I cannot make this up‼️
My nails was finished by the original nail tech. I was over it. She finished nice and with class. I paid tipped as is usual and exited. But I’m never going back y’all. I lived in Streetsboro for years and never went there. I decided this morning because they were the only place opened and I needed out the house. I finally gave them a chance only to have the worst experience. The owner NEVER apologized. Somebody know that lady name. She’s rude and I don’t think she likes black people or maybe just black women. But ma’am please put the sign up on your door so that we don’t patronize with you. You were terrible.

Update from my previous review, not even a week and all of my nails are lifting and some coming off. So sad to have this happen on vacation. This has never happened to me at any other nail salon…

Mila was my nail tech and she did such a beautiful job. She had me in and out in less than 45 minutes. Be quiet I got a full set of nails? I recommend 100%

I absolutely love love love, TA nails! I have been coming here for many years, and I have never been disappointed. I always bring a picture in with a design and they do exactly like the picture every time. You will not be disappointed if you come to TA nails. PS Michael did my nails!!!! He is awesome! Michael outdid himself again today with my sunflower nails!
