Debbie, Jane and her husband are the epitome of a racist and bigot. Never ever being treated so badly as a 51 year old black female until I walked into this office. The only reason that this family own business has 1 star by me is because I had to give them one to post this review.

We have been seeing Jane for many years, she does a great job. She is detailed, knowledgeable and organized. Definitely would recommend.

Extremely unprofessional, I have been calling for weeks bout information from my taxes last year and Debbie said “I was told we are not helping you, we are not going to return your calls, we are swamp” I told her it’s illegal to withhold information from me. She then said don’t take it up with me” AND HUNG UP!

Everyone is so kind and they treat you like family. Love coming in to see Jane and her puppy. Buy my honey from the office too. I really feel like I can trust them. Very detailed and reasonable cost.

I called and made an appointment on Saturday morning, for Sunday morning. Jane had my taxes done in about 45 minutes. She saved me a lot of stress and for that I am grateful! The price was fair, as well.

Jane has done our taxes for a few years now. When we moved here from Michigan a few years ago we didn't know where to go for taxes so we tried H&R Block, who took us to the cleaners with their fee. (don't ever go there) We found Jane and she did a great job and was very reasonable on the fee. She knows what she is doing and is just very pleasant to deal with and talk to. Highly recommend going to Streetsboro Bookkeeping!!!

This is the second year we have used their tax service and are very happy. Jane did our taxes this year and the process was quick and painless. Worth every penny, it takes me forever to do them on my own and I am stressed the whole time. This way it is a quick visit and done. Everyone in the office is friendly and efficient!
