Unhelpful management and customer service. Don't ask for anything that makes it a little more difficult for them. They're too busy talking about coffee. I would make Owen the manager. He is helpful and polite. Don't go here unless Owen is helping you. I know I'm not going here anymore.

I recently visited Staples in Streetsboro and had the pleasure of receiving exceptional assistance from an employee named Dee. I was looking for an office/gaming chair. Dee went above and beyond to guide me showing me various options and explaining the chairs features.What impressed me the most was Dee's knowledge and expertise in the product. Throughout the shopping experience, Dee's positive attitude and willingness to assist made the process effortless.In the end, thanks to Dee's exceptional service, I left Staples feeling satisfied with my purchases and grateful for the enjoyable shopping experience. In a world full of people who just don't care about anyone but themselves, ZOE in the copy center here is a MOST AMAZING employee, and wonderful, caring person. She didn't know me, and all I wanted to do was send a fax. Though she could have busied herself otherwise, she stopped what she was doing, and really helped me. Just to send a fax. This has been the best customer service experience I've had in years, and I looked around for something else I needed, all because I wanted to patronize the business more. You are amazing, Zoe. Two things are true, here: First, Zoe will be successful ANYWHERE she goes, so I'm certain Staples has realized this and1 is taking good care of her. Second, I won't buy office supplies, electronics, etc. from anyone else after today's experience with Zoe.

My production company orders a lot from this store. I tried to do return and as the manager sat down, drinking his energy drink, he quite literally said there’s nothing we can do for you since it was an online order. Very poor management. I will be ordering only from ULINE from now on.

Had a really good experience. The customer service was amazing. The worker named Tony made amazing conversation and complimented me which is not something you see from your average employee. He also price matched a chair and helped us load it in while explaining the warranty plan not from the view of an employee but of a customer which was really helpful.

GREAT experience shopping today at Staples/Streetsboro! Mike was patient & helped us find the items on our shopping list. He took out the heavy stuff to our car. We left the store with all but a couple of items because they aren't carried by Staples.

This particular store has terrible customer service. You're better off driving to a different Staples like the one over in Cuyahoga Falls. The woman who helped me told me she was the store manager for the last two years. She needs some customer service training.
