I got misdirected, and arrived a bit late. However, the owner was extremely welcoming, even took time to show me around discussing their lovely spa expansion before giving me the most wonderful & relaxing microderm abrasion massage facial! Will be treating myself to another facial again soon!

The best massage ever. Plus they actualy give you peace and quiet while you're getting the massage. So many places just talk through the whole thing! The owner always is adding new things and has such amazing ideas!

It was ok. Was greeted by the owner. This place like many others I been to don't understand pleasing the customer. Was there for a massage never once was asked how the pressure was an not offer a water afterwards. Covid has killed a great business

I love coming to rejuvenate salon and spa. They are three hour spa day with the hot tub/sauna room is Heaven! The staff is always very friendly, very professional, and always willing to help get you booked for your next treatment. I would recommend this place to anybody and everybody.

Went to Rejuvenate for a massage as my neck and back had been a little tight. Met with Rose who was pleasant, kind, and welcoming. I schedule a 90 minute massage and it was Amazing. I left feeling "Rejuvenated" as Rose helped loosen up all the tension I had in my neck, back and shoulder areas. I'll be scheduling my next visit very soon!

The sauna and hot tub are awesome! The price is very reasonable for two people. My nail tech is wonderful! The staff and customer service is excellent! I highly recommend this place.

I had a massage there. I was able to pay fot the badic job Rose the owner does, i was also informed tgat she is not a Licensed Massage Therapist which I am and she only dies thus badic medeocre work. I did not have extra money at the time, but did not feel it warranted sny tip. I just called today to check on any availability as it is close to my home and was ingormed by one of her unptofessional helpers that Rose said the last time I was there I didn't leave a tip and her prices are lower. Excuse me she is not even a Licensed Massage Therapist she is not entitled to charge higher prices without a license. Her work is very basic. I was appauled that the owner of this business would tell me I have to give her a tip if I was going to book.I cannot believe she is soooo unprofessional and doing things under the wire. I owned my business for 10 years and would never ask for a tip, much less substandard work. She is also looking into councelling with neutritional advice and charge for that now, she implied she really doesn't have those credentials. The pkace has gotten shabby and dirty, I am not sure what is going on there but I will never go back and I would strongly suggest not to bother.For an owner to instruct her person answering the phone to tell me this if I called again is absolutely incomprehensible.STAY AWAY GO TO A PROFESSIONAL who is ohio licensed. I was shocked to find out she wasn't but that explained the lower prices.

I had my eyebrows microshadded by Maurissa.. they are 2 completely different eyebrows! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE and I'm stuck with them. What can I do? I deserve every penny I spent back! After she screwed up first time I sent her a picture and she said she can fix them so I go back another 150$ plus the first screw up of 250$ not including tips! she made them worse, I'm so upset I can't stand looking in the mirror it's so flippen embarrassing, looks like idk how to put eyebrows on by hand.. so she knows she screwed up and says I need Botox, my face is deformed lol.. no u suck with a tattoo gun and it shouldn't be in your hand! I'm seriously thinking about taking her to small claims. I'd post pictures but I can't figure out how or if you can. Just take my word for it! it's not worth it!
