95 dollars for misshapen and nail lengths that were not the same.im still trying to figure out how it jumped from 38 to 95 for medium coffin nails with a simple white polish.not including tip. I just spent an hour filing down and reshaping my nails at home.total waste of time and money. Read between the lines SIS,find a different spot..preferably not in Streetsboro.

Very great service!! My nail lady was super nice, and was very recommending. Great prices aswell!! Ps. Saturday it doesn’t close at 3:00, it closes at 6:00.

WORST experience I EVER had. I first experience this rude behavior on Tuesday I tried to get my nails done but the nail tech let me know it would be a 45 min wait even though it was only two customers in there I then asked to make an appointment which i did I live 30 min away. On Thursday I arrived 5 min early to my scheduleed appointment and the same tech I talk with on Tuesday says I'm early and they just taken a new customer smh I'm only 5 min early I was told I would have to wait 15 min but it turned into 25 min. What is the point of making an appointment if your just gonna make me wait knowing I'm supposed to show up any minute???? So I'm annoyed I finally get in a chair and I show him a picture he cuts my nails to a nice length but then I let him know one is very uneven because instead of giving me a new tip for a broken nail I had he just shaves it all the way down causing it to be severely shorter so instead of just adding acrylic to the one nail he proceeded to cut the rest of my nails to the skin just to match the ONE nail that he didn't repair correctly so now I have little girl finger nails because the nail tech didn't listen in the first place.. Also a African American customer walks in after me and ask to be seen they are very dismissive of the customer and tell her they are busy just like they told me on Tuesday. What's wrong with that is they lied agan, there were only two customer's older white women before me and after they left I was the only customer in the shop for almost 45 minute's smh the whole shop gave off a rude unprofessional racist vibe for your black customer Will never return and I tipped too

I have been going here for about 5 or 6 years, even after i moved from Streetsboro I still travel back for Loni, Nick, and Will's nail expertise. Their prices are reasonable even when she has to raise the prices to reflect supply and demand requirements. Other nail shops that I have been to change their prices frequently. You can call and ask for their prices and when you get ready to pay its completely different. I love this shop. I am always happy when I leave with my nails and feet. Keep up the great work you all are awesome.
