My property had two PODs placed, blocking the front entrance and entire driveway for 4 days - they were not even my PODs! I and my family could not even access the house to move because PODs would not move some other person’s PODs off of my property.
It was ridiculous. I had family come in from out of state to help move. Every item we moved we had to walk 50 yards, instead of being able to load directly into garage.
I called to get them picked up and moved to their storage location - they would not. I even had them call the owner of the PODs and he wanted them gone and they would not get them off of the property, blocking the driveway.

Extremely pleased with our PODS experience. From the initial phone call to order the unit, to the delivery and moving of it, plus the great staff, we are extremely happy and highly recommend using PODS for your move. They took a dreaded task and made it so much easier for us. Very satisfied!

All my delivery & pickup men were amazing, from Florida to Ohio. Special shout out to James in Ohio. He went above and beyond when I needed extra help and an ear to listen.

Our experience moving from Denver, CO to Cuyahoga Falls, OH was seamless and easy! We did have a moving company pack our items into the POD, but nothing was damaged or broken upon arrival, which I was shocked about with a cross-country move. All drivers had great communication and could easily answer any questions I had. I would recommend moving with PODS to anyone who asks!
