9324 OH-43, StreetsboroI cannot express the amount of gratitude I have for this Veterinary Center. The compassion and care provided is beyond what I have experiencd with any other clinic.
My mom passed in late July and we inherited her elderly, 16yro, cat. Her death was very hard on him and he was refusing to eat and was getting very thin.
Dr. Kartley and her team answered all my questions, there were a lot, and did their best to keep me calm during the visit. All I could keep thinking is I just lost my mom and I don't want to have to put her beloved Cinders down.
Bloodwork and urine were taken, sent to the lab and throughly explained once the results were in. Treatment plan was made and also throughly explained.
While we know we are getting towards the end of Cinders time here on earth we find comfort in knowing he's getting the best care from an amazing group of individuals.

They are so knowledgeable about dog behavior and effective training methods and do an incredible job sharing this important information with their clients. Not only do they teach dogs good manners, but they teach owners how to be better dog owners. Some human reactions actually encourage unwanted behaviors from dogs or make the learning process more difficult for them. With their guidance I learned how to alter my behavior to create an environment where my dog can learn and thrive! They undoubtedly made me the dog mom I want to be and helped my pup be the sweet, well behaved, pup he is today! Otis also loves going to see his teachers and classmates, as soon as I say "school" he runs to the door and wags his tail while sitting patiently for me to pack up the car! I'd give more than 5 stars if I could!!
