We were replacing a carpeted room with hardwood flooring. Upon entering the flooring department we were greeted by Kyle, who was very helpful. This review is for the flooring department and the whole process. We were kept up to date on everything the entire time with text messages. The installers (Dennis, and I don’t know his partner’s name) were absolutely fantastic!! They were amazingly fast and professional. Our floor was installed in one day and they didn’t leave any mess.
The only thing I haven’t received is the email asking me to rate the installers. I hope they send it because they are definitely a five out of five stars!
Our floors are beautiful. I will definitely return to Lowe’s for future flooring needs.

Shame for employees of Lowe’s ( Kyle and smith) while I was walking in the store I saw them talking in the store I ask them the location of items but they make me walk all the way end of aisle to find items while without looking items in scanner , it’s okay I can walk but how about the senior customer who can’t walk shame on management of the Streetsboro Lowe’s they shouldn’t be working here.

Was suppose to have a delivery made today and they didn't make the delivery nor did they update me and would not answer their phone alllllll day. I'm supposed to have a delivery and I don't even know when it will be made now! I get off work and the compliant line is even closed. How do I get a hold of someone without driving up there and raising hell????
EDIT: I had to call Brimfield Lowe's because apparently Streetsboro's phones were not functioning. This was for a couple of days. I was suppose to get a call from another company that was taking over the deliveries as Streetsboro Lowe's were having truck problems. I did get a call from the manager, Suzanne, later in the afternoon the next day and she apologized for all of the issues. I ended up going to pick up my mower myself. Had ordered a washer, dryer and refrigerator from them before and didn't have an issue. Must had been a perfect storm of issues this day.

Delivery never showed up now we can't get ahold of anyone from the store now the online traker tells me onroute 11 more stops and it been like that all day

On 5/4/24, I purchased a refrigerator for nearly $2k. It was supposed to be delivered the next day. The delivery driver called and said he would be here in 14 min. After about 14 min, we saw the truck circle our block twice and didn't return. We called the driver's number back. He said he'd just run to get a drink. We never heard from him again. We had to call Lowe's, then call the delivery company only to be told we had to wait another 2 days for delivery. It was delivered and installed, working fine and we even got $145 refunded for the inconvenience. Today, 15 days after purchase, the refrigerator (a Whirlpool) stopped working. After being on the phone for over an hour and a half, I was finally told someone would call me back within 24 hours. When we did receive a call, I was simply told to call Whirlpool the following day. We just purchased the refrigerator 15 days ago. We just purchased $400 in groceries for our family. Lowe's customer care is nothing more than a labyrinth of customer service numbers that YOU have to call. All of this takes a great deal of time and patience that I, myself, no longer have.
I may never step foot in a Lowe's again. I'll be happy to remove this review if my refrigerator is repaired quickly and this whole mess is made right. As of right now, I don't think that's happening. I'm really disappointed in Lowe's. I've been a customer and card holder for years. No more. I hope Home Depot has a better customer experience.

Last year when I came to lowes and bought bags mulch I had to load it myself.( I am a 70 year old 135 pound women) I swore I wouldn't come back this year. I was told me they had a new system and there would be someone to help. I verified that as I was checking out and they assured me there would be someone here. It has been 20 minutes of waiting. Never again!

The gentleman in Lawn and Garden, Justin I do believe, was so kind and helpful!! We came to pick up a lawn mower and he was fast and efficient with excellent small talk while we waited. We got all of our proper discounts applied and they even loaded the mower up for us.
