My child goes to Kids Encounter Daycare and Preschool and absolutely loves it! The teachers love their jobs and it shows! So thankful for this place!

We love Kids Encounter. We have three kids, and we have been a part of the “family” since 2009. They really take the time to get to know my kids and their individual personalities, and they allow them to be themselves. I am comfortable knowing my kids are in a positive, safe and nurturing environment. They have an excellent daycare and preschool program for younger children that teaches them socialization skills and fundamental skills to get them ready for Kindergarten. For the older kids they have an excellent before and after school program. Kids can burn off energy in their large gym and outside play area; or sit quietly and talk with their friends. During the summer months, they have a day camp for school-age children with fun field trips that my kids love. The administration of the daycare is top notch including invoicing, payments, communications.

As a full time working mom, leaving my two boys in someone else’s care every morning is one of the hardest things I have to do. It’s a feeling I’m sure I share with so many other moms. Thanks to the teachers and staff at Kids Encounter, however, I can feel a little bit better about leaving my boys every day because I know they are in hands of caring professionals who cherish them (almost as much as we do). The teachers and staff have been fantastic over the years. I am so grateful to the staff at Kids Encounter for helping us give the boys such a great start in life.

My daughter has been going to Kids Encounters for 3 yrs now and is now there for their before and after school program and they are all FANTASTIC , loving most caring group of teachers there. I have always felt safe and comfortable with my child in their care. We actually recently moved and I chose to keep my daughter in streetsboro schools because of kids encounters because my daughter loves it there and it works with my work schedule . Thank you kids encounters for all you do for our children you are all greatly appreciated and you make us parents feel safe knowing our kids are in the best care. 5 stars all the way!

My 3 year old kids love this place. I’ve seen a lot of development in them since starting in March. The staff is very compassionate and caring for the kids. I feel my kids are safe and well taken care of!

After reviewing 2 other daycares, we chose this one - no regrets! The staff is helpful, understanding, and accommodating! Can’t imagine going anywhere else.

Short tempered and rude over the phone towards basic questions. Gave short responses. Bizarre behavior for a daycare. Red flag - won't be going here!
