I just purchased a CPO Kia from Zach and could not be happier. I called earlier in the day to get a few of my questions answered and Zach went above and beyond to go and look at the car and send me additional pictures. I walked out with my car in two and a half hours!

We just tried to trade in our 2022 Edge that prompted this review. The dealer informed us that the Carfax showed major damage to the front end of the Edge 1 month before our purchase. Idk how long these things take to show up on Carfax, but we were not informed of this damage at all when shown the Carfax on the day we purchased. Damage was not even mentioned. We purchased a used car from them before so this was our 2nd from here. This dishonesty is unacceptable and we will not be returning to Kia of Streetsboro, and will tell everyone else as well.

Cleo, Mike, and the rest of the team at Kia of Streetsboro went above and beyond with my purchase of a Chevy Bolt. Cleo stayed late to help me out, worked with me to figure out the best options for me, and worked with the team to help me reach the goals I had for finances. This was by far the quickest and easiest car purchase I've made. Thanks again, Cleo and the rest of the team!
EDIT: Some recent events in dealing with Kia of Streetsboro have cost me my time and a few headaches. One issue regarded the title, but they went above and beyond to solve the issue -- I'm again grateful for the sales department.
Another issue came up after I received a call from Kia of Streetsboro saying that they had a We Owe You to tighten the bumper seams on my new vehicle. I agreed to have this done and mentioned that I would be happy if they would check out a low tire pressure alert that had showed up a few miles after I left the dealership parking lot. I went through the hassle of having someone pick me up after dropping the vehicle off with the service department and waited for them to complete the work on my car. After calling them more than ten (10!) times in the next two days, no one from service called me back -- only the central operator told me he would have service return my call. Not knowing whether my vehicle was ready or not, I rode my bike two hours down to Streetsboro to pick up my car, and they told me they had made a mistake and there was no We Owe You for bumper seams; they merely made a clerical error when calling customers. My time had been wasted, but I figured it was worth it since I had a low tire pressure warning light. They told me they found nothing wrong with that tire and I drove my car home at no charge to me. My tire pressure light continues to come on after I fill it up to the recommended PSI, so I will need to address that issue with a tire shop or dealership soon.
Although the sales department treated me incredibly well (I truly cannot thank them enough), the service department fails to meet basic standards and I cannot recommend them for service.

SERVICE; if I could give them a 0 star I would. Was told my vehicle would be done early afternoon. 4:30, no word. Called all the numbers listed on line and kept getting the same person. I was transferred, and called the service dept 10 times with no answer. Finally, I was given a cell number to text. 1 hour later, still no word. Service sucks!!!!

This is the worst experience thag l ever have with a service dealer. I thought Liberty Aurora was bad but this is beyond worst. I took my car since week ago to get it checked and l haven't get a call from you guys still. No one call me to check the status of the car and when l call they hang on me or put me in hold and never got back to me. If l wouldn't paid to get my car towed there l wouldve take it to Preston right now.
