Horrible customer service. Before I sat down they wanted to know how I was filing and what forms I had. Why? They're a tax preparer why does it matter. They got confused when I said I was also filing expenses like medical and work tools paid throughout the year. It felt totally uncomfortable being there. Taxes are not something you want novice doing for you bc you can end up owing money when you don't need to.
