Mike the manager at Harbor Freight has no business working in customer service. Rude, not helpful, and repeated the same sentence over and over. Bought a sump pump brought it home. Did not work out of box, took it back and they wouldn’t take it. It was home less than 10 mins and we are using it for our kids water slide. So it was in just plain water. (It’s submersible) I get you have a policy, but Mike was not helpful in guiding us thru the return process, also refused to give the store manager’s name.

I liked it here. I know their tools may be known as "not so great", but they do have a huge selection of stuff and are pretty well priced when they have their sales. The only thing I bought from here was a predator generator, and I thankfully haven't had to use it yet, so we'll see how long that lasts. But I'm happy with the store so far. The staff was friendly and they answered my questions when I called in. The parking lot has plenty of space and it's pretty easy to enter and exit. Just try to stay out of the Streetsboro area from like 3:30 pm to 5:30 pm because the traffic is HORRIBLE in this area.

I went here today, to get things for my new home. I was telling the manager that I just bought a new home, and I got 75.00 off my 400+ dollar order! She was amazing, and ill definitely be going back all the time. They have so much cool stuff in there! Don't go with a lot of money, cause you'll come out broke as hell!
