Always very picked over and overpriced. The older lady that always runs the register is super rude! And acts like she’s bothered by waiting on you, god forbid you ask her a question!!

Seriously don't waste your time going here. All that's out on the racks and on the shelves is stuff that should have been thrown away but the Goodwill decided to make money on it. Seriously Goodwill you should be ashamed of yourself!

I just dropped off my last donation here. The young man was extremely rude. I politely asked if they had totes so I could keep mine, and he responded that their policy requires donors to provide a tote. Never again. I’ll throw things in the dumpster before donating to this place again.

Only thing holding this Goodwill back from a 5 star review, is its merchandise im personally looking for. As silly as that sounds, thrift stores all depend not only on their donations but also management and staff on final say on what ends up on the floor and each location differs slightly. (Each Goodwill seems a little different in what they carry) For example this one is good for books, older knick knacks, elderly clothes and some of the 1st hand non "thrift" 2nd hand items.. The one in Kent is good for younger adult clothes, crafts and furniture. The Goodwill in Cuyahoga Falls on State Rd. when i went a few years ago seemed to best for electronics. The one on Britain Rd which i believe moved to Tallmadge on Rt. 9 offered a lot of kids clothes and unique finds. Then of course Waterloo Rd. Is the biggest and the best of them all. I encourage people to check out every location. They all have their own "specialties" it would seem. I know im missing some on this list but i also either haven't been since they built them or its been many years since ive been there.

Needs some more DVD seasons and CDs, but is a pleasant place to shop for a short time.

I stopped donating because of the unappreciative attitude(no smile,no thank you, wait for you to unload, carry and drop at their feet lol) from not only the people collecting in back but the young lady “manager” who defended their rude and disrespectful actions towards the people that are giving the items to sell! I took my items back and posted them for free on Fb. If someone wants the items, maybe they might appreciate the gesture. Manager said that a “thank you “ wasn’t necessary since THEY were doing me a favor or service! Wrong! Do them a favor and give your donations to another organization that appreciates the items or trash them before subjecting yourself to this behavior. This occurred on 11/25/23 and many other times. Manager needs a lot of training but that won’t help. People skills are assembled during childhood.

Horrible attendant taking the donations. He does not say a word to you. Nothing! Completely rude individual. We will NEVER shop here again and will make sure to spread the word.

What a joke this location is. Even when hours on the sign say open. The doors are locked.

The people are fabulous- I had an accidental donation (thanks to my husband who thought storage clothes were donation clothes) and the staff (shout out to Autumn) helped me look for my clothes and fill out forms. After looking through the selection of clothes trying to find my own, I may just move from thred up to goodwill for my thrifting purchases - they have some great items and are SO helpful!!

I was at Goodwill today, 6/4/23, at about 5 pm. I went in for a blanket for a cat tent to go on a camping vacation out of state. But I also found (2) camouflage bucket seat covers for a truck. I left them in changing room, while I went to car where cellphone was charging, to call husband's brother who lives where we are going, to ask IF he had bucket seats, as it is his birthday while we are down there. So, this was important to me. When I returned, noticing they were both no longer there, and not returned back to the rack, I asked both a male and a female, that were working when I was just there, where they were moved to? Neither knew, acted like they didn't even recognize me. Each said the other one had put back the stuff in changing room 1. The woman that rang me out for the cat blanket 30 minutes before, went in back room and came back with a large camouflage back seat cover, saying this was all that was in the changing room. She said there are no seat covers back there, maybe someone bought them? So I looked all around the store to see if they had been put back on a different rack other than the blanket rack I found them on? And I didn't see any of the 5 items. So I asked her you expect me to believe that in less than 30 minutes, someone bought all 3 different colored blankets and 2 camouflage seat covers out of that first changing room? I stepped into the back donation area and asked a younger girl and a younger guy. They both said they hadn't seen anything camouflage in some time. Just then a taller more mature man came out of the back room holding the "mysteriously missing never before seen" camouflage seat covers I intended to buy. His name was (Jack the Store Manager), and I extremely appreciated the effort that he made to locate these 2 items. I am a retired Sales Manager of 36 years. Never know who is shopping in your store. Thank you, Jack for your customer service excellence!
