Dont go to this location. The manager James conned me out of 15$. I got a preowned ps5 controller WITH THE INSURANCE that had immediate stick drift on the left joystick. I couldnt even play minecraft. When I went back I was only offered a refund instead of a replacement?! What the hell is the point of the insurance then??
Go to ravennas location they actually give a damn about the customers.

My son got a Playstation 5 new and not even a month old and having problems loading cds. The people at game stop want exchange the system and they would not. And he a got the warranty and they said if you open the box the warranty no good.. i like really how do you know if it bad unless you open it to find out...DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY DON'T STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS.

Had back to back faulty elite series controllers from here. They swapped them out for me without any hassle. Third time's the charm I guess. This one's working beautifully. Thanks game stop squad

Out of town and needed some things for my system. Spoke with 3 different employees there, one being a manager I believe. Everyone was cool as the other side of the pillow. Helped me find the stuff I needed and had the answers to about every question I had about the gaming world. Also prevented me from buying the wrong thing. Twice. Because I'm a dummy.Thanks a lot fellas
