I absolutely love this Dollar Tree. They have many name brand items and are always in stock with new products! This is definitely the best dollar tree in NEOH! The employees have always been nice to me and do a great job. The reason that I’m rating 4 stars is due to the underpayment of employees… and I wish it was still $1 not $1.25 .

TERRIBLE ESTABLISHMENT. Do not shop here, though if you are shopping here, you are probably part of the problem because this customer base is atrocious. Not only that, but this company treats their employees like dirt and pays them below minimum wage so they can barely survive. Cannot stress how terrible of a company this is not only to Buy from as the items break super easily, But how little they care about their employees and paying them a respectable amount. Terrible, terrible terrible. Nothing but bad things to say. If I made under nine dollars an hour, I probably wouldn’t be too Nice to the very rude customers that shop in this store either.

Workers are awesome BUT they are working in front of a window that sun shine directly into the line and gets very hot , the window should be tinted right there or something I can’t imagine standing in front of there for hours

Just bought this 2 hrs ago and put it on. When you were just a dollar you had better quality. If you are going to disgrace our country you should just leave it.

The manager at the Streetsboro location is horrible. Five employees, seven customers and only one employee working! Nice!

if i could give no stars i would. poor assistance. no one is answering the phone!! where is the "customer service". where is the service ?? this is supposed to be dollar tree. why is it a $1.25 i cannot get in touch with anyone.. let alone decent prices !DO BETTER.

I truly like this location. It's not a wreck, like most dollar trees, and it's never extremely busy. The only negative I can say is they have had the strangest cashiers I've ever encountered. They don't seem to stay long, but the last 2 years of shopping there has been interesting while checking out.

LINDA IS AMAZING! SHE WILL ALWAYS GET 5 STARS!The manager Christine or whatever, on the other hand is NOT! She is very unprofessional. I should not know that Tara or Kara is lazy and just sit on the floor. Or takes the easy jobs and leaves the hard ones for you. Take your earbuds out when talking, I can hear u ??.THEN, after a ladies card declined, u decided to open ANOTHER register, ring 5 OTHER ppl then void the register I was at! Take a class on Customer Service ???

The Dollar tree store in streetsboro looks like a hurricane hit it floors need vacuumed everything is disoriented and it has a leak in the ceiling that looks like it's going to fall in on customers when I was walking through the aisle it started a leak on me I told the manager about it and all she did was put a bucket under it that ceiling is going to fall in
