When it comes to numismatics my Wife and me tend to be very selective in who we deal with. It is a bit of ‘buyer beware’ when it comes to collecting and stacking. We love Collectors palace for their variety, prices and most importantly, expertise. Knowledgeable, willing to share, showing Great Customer Service. We’ve only been Customers a few months, but from what we hear and personal experience, our interactions are always pleasurable. Highly recommend to beginners all the way to experts.

I'm a regular customer at Collector's Palace, primarily as a coin buyer. They always have a nice selection and the prices are very fair. They're also willing to help check a coin's authenticity for me or help evaluate its condition. Craig in particular is very knowledgeable and always takes his time to help me with whatever I need. A lot of good, honest folks working there and always a great experience. Looking forward to my next visit!

I spoke with Jake on the phone and I'm extremely impressed with his customer service skills and also he is very knowledgeable and professional. This company is very lucky to have him as an employee. I'm so serious. He is the type of person any business would benefit from by his exceptional work ethic. Great job !!! You deserve a raise !! I hardly ever write reviews but I couldn't wait to write this one. Definitely made my day ! I'm so appreciative that you took the time to explain to me a few things about different coins. The guy working here is nice to the customers. They do have a decent selection of games and home consoles. Sometimes I wish they have some more portable games in, but the service is great.

Walked into this place with 125 dollars in gold dollars(rolled) that belonged to my daughter and I. She wanted to trade some of her coin collection for silver. The guy behind the counter didn't want our money, told me to go to the bank and cash the gold dollars and come back. I informed that banks are closed on Saturday afternoons and the ATM machine wasn't an option. He them said sorry and pretty much told us to leave. I thought American currency was American currency. He could've emptied to gold dollars into his cash register and handed them out as change to people. Guy was jerk. Avoid this place, there are other coin shops that treat people with respect and kindness.

I'm not the most experienced buyer. Kinda buy what catches my eye. The female owner, I'm sorry I forgot your name, ☹️, was outstanding. She negotiated with me for a Gucci watch and some pearl earrings and necklace. My daughter loves them. I would definitely tell anyone to go check this place out. Very friendly.

Well let me clarify for everyone. Carly & Dave are soome of the nicest people you will ever meet. We went up there to get a ring tested that we bought off line. Not only did she tell us everything we needed to know. She found out everything, even the serial number and tracked it down. We appreciate you very much. And of course I found a bunch of stuff I just needed to have.You all need to check them out and would be silly to go anywhere else.Thank you both very much

This place is a complete rip off. Do not waste your time trying to cash in gold with these crooks. Never accept the "penny weight" measuring technique as the calculator of your gold. Only crooks use penny weight measurements. Even when questioned what exactly is a penny weight the owners could not explain. This store is trash and probably won't see too many more years of business unless FOOLS continue to go there.

Right of the left turn step into the store I was greeted, promptly and politely! These guys bought some junk silver and great prices! Then just on a whim I mentioned I had some other collectibles with me. (Reluctantly, really as I was previously shoo’d off from another collectibles store) Happy to share they were interested in at the very least giving me the time of day to present items I brought. After truly looking into each item we came to a deal and I left a forever customer. These guys are extremely knowledgeable and honest. Wonderful selection on comics and coins as well. 10 star establishment.

I have been going to this store for a few months now , and the new owners are just wonderful. Friendly, and always there to help. I always feel comfortable going in , and they always treat you the same way whether you are buying one coin or ten .Highly recommend the store.
