I will never order from them again. Apparently the owner requires a "Signature required" when something is delivered by UPS. Additionally someone at Big Dee's has restricted all changes so neither the receiver nor UPS can make any changes such as an override "Signature required " or the package to be held at the UPS Customer Center. Buyer beware.

I walked into the store and was welcomed by an employee. It is always nice to be acknowledged. I knew exactly what I needed for my horse. This very kind petite lady walked me to the items I wanted. She was knowledgeable of the products and offered helpful advice. I love going to Big D's for all of my horse supplies. Can't wait to go again.

Was in search of Vitamin E in pellet form.
A very kind staff member actually took me straight to the friendly and very knowledgeable manager!!! Not only could he point me to the right vitamin but had a wealth of knowledge in regards to other vitamins and feed, and took the time to listen to my story.
Upon checking out, another staff member gave me a simple technique for blanket measuring.
They have saddles, clothing, gifts, boots, supplies, feed, etc. Truly impressed from start to finish!!!! Must visit and well worth the drive!
