Took my girlfriend into getting her hair done for our vacation, and both ladies did nothing but gossip on how bad everything is with the company. Mainly more on how bad the management is and messing up everything. Things were better beforehand. Needless to say, lack of focus on the hair cut nowhere near what she wanted. Upset her so much that she was afraid to trust her anymore and left with an unfinished cut. Get it together, people, either new management or just work somewhere else.

They charged me extra even though they didn’t provide me the services and when I asked them about the extra charges they said it was due to miscommunication.
Moreover didn’t gave any refund for extra charges

I recommend this beauty salon 100%. I need to stay for few days and I went to the beauty salon and Heather did my hair. I just told her what I need and she did amazing job .

I have been to this location about 5 times. The staff here is consistent and I don't see much turnover. Ellen has always been the one to straighten my hair and style me. She does a great job with my thick, curly hair. I enioy the book online feature and love that they are always quick and efficient. I would recommend Heather or Ellen at this location!

Went in for an eyebrow waxing and I usually get them done by Ariel because she’s great. Someone else did them and completely butchered my eyebrows. She completely removed the beginning of the eyebrows.
