I was very satisfied with Action Auto body. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They did great work. I cannot tell there was ever any damage. They also cleaned the interior and it looks fantastic. I certainly recommend Action Auto Body.

I want to thank everyone who took part in the repair of my car at Action Auto Body in Streetsboro. In particular I want to thank Logan who was my first point of contact. He was able to make me feel very good about bringing my business to Action Auto Body. He is professional, personable, and willing to go the extra distance in giving customer satisfaction. Ms. René is a goldmine of knowledge in helping make the paper process seamless. She is also a wealth of knowledge concerning all things “insurance coverage & claims”. Last but surely not least is Ralph. An invaluable part of the team. His knowledge, experience, personable manner and professional hands-on assistance gave me as a customer added confidence in doing business with them all. I got my vehicle back ahead of schedule, clean, and flawlessly repaired. They treated my older car like new.

My car looks brand new after they worked on it. Everyone there is so nice and helpful. They keep you updated on the progress of your vehicle. They are very knowledgeable about the process so your questions are answered by the person who answers the phone. I highly recommend them if you need body work done on your car.

Mark and his crew were exceptional from the initial meeting to determine our needs all the way through final payment. These people were amazing, everyone of them. I hope we don’t need any more auto body repairs but if we do we know where we are taking it. Thank you every one of you.

This place is known for doing great work on your cars so I took it there to get my car fixed after it had been hit in an accident. Their attitudes and helpfulness are exceptional. Unfortunately, my car was deemed totaled so I was not able to have them fix it. They helped walk me through the process of what’s next and what to expect. I wasn’t treated like a customer, rather like family. I don’t know if all places do that, but they truly do. I would recommend them for any of your car needs, and I know if ever needed again I’ll be back. Thanks again to a wonderful group of people.

This place has been so helpful over the years! I took my car here recently because another shop messed up the passenger door on my car when they lifted the car in such a way that the door would no longer open. I was so frustrated because it was working just fine before that! Ralph was super nice and helped me fix the door right away! He got a tool from his shop and had my door opening and closing again! I was so thankful for his help! Ralph is a good guy! This place really delivers!Services: Painting

We had my mother's car towed to this body shop on 01/11/2023. It took a while for the insurance to approve everything but they started repairs on 01/16/2023. They said it would take 2 weeks to repair but to plan for 3 WEEKS just in case there are any issues with any parts coming in. We told them we didn't have rental car coverage and she was going to be without a vehicle until it was fixed. Three MONTHS later her car was finally finished (except for a mudflap).She picked her car up on Wednesday, 03/29/2023 and was told the mudflap would be in the next day and she could bring it back to have it installed, three weeks later she received a call that the mudflap had finally come in and was ready to be put on. She scheduled a time and when she went in (today, 04/27/2023) they said they had been sent the wrong part so she will need to wait until that part comes in at a later date.Throughout the whole process, unless we called them, there were no updates given.I believe things were repaired correctly however, the time frames provided are very far off. If you chose to use Action Auto, I would suggest you call daily for updates on your vehicle and/or to confirm the correct parts have been ordered and checked.

I found Mark and his employees to be professional, friendly, and informative. My car needed some body work that would take a few days. Mark made sure I knew what to expect from my insurance company and the car rental. Although I confirmed my rental the day before dropping off my car, it never showed up. One of his employees was kind enough to drive me to the car rental establishment. I was called periodically with updates on the repairs. My car was ready on time and in beautiful condition. They returned my car repaired and cleaner (inside and out) than when I drove it off the lot the day I purchased it. I would recommend Action Body Shop to anyone. Very pleased.Service: Body & Trim
