They never scan packages at the facility. I will legit hand packages to the mail lady, and nothing will update until it reaches Canton, OH facility. So lazy there.

Receive other mail from different addresses quite a bit and often. And have things "lost" in the mail often. Need to step it up!!!

We spent the winter in Florida and had the Strasburg post office forward our mail to us there. Everyone else down here is having horrible experiences with their own post offices forwarding their mail. We just keep quiet and smile because our experience has been wonderful. We get our mail very timely and it is everything we could've hoped for. Thank you so much to the Strasburg post office employees.
