The last car wash at a different location left a dull film. The young man at this location was very kind to let me run it through a couple of times, (rubbing it down in between to get the dull film off). And by the time I left, my truck was looking shining again. Thanks!

Horrible since changed ..for the price the water n rags barely touched my car. It was still dirty and half of the vacuums weren't even working nor was the suction good enough on the ones that were on. Waste of $16.99

The Take 5 car wash in Stow is always broken. I have never been to this car wash without some part of the machinery not working. It gives a terrible rinse, always soap left on my car. This company also is VERY SLOW in canceling membership. I tried to cancel FOUR TIMES, and they continued to bill me. I had to finally call my bank and block them from charging my account. TERRIBLE WASH, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERICE.

The manager of this car wash location is anything BUT a bundle of joy to be around! I believe her name was Lora or Lora Beth. I had a question in regards to membership options, and let me tell you, all she has to say was "why don't you ask someone who cares". Needless to say, I know a manager doesn't reflect the location or it's other employees as a whole, but this experience was just unpleasant and I HAD to let others know!

This place is a ripoff. Told me I would get free car washes for a month but what they didn’t tell me was it was a recurring monthly charge. I got my money back with a fight and the punk kid who refunded it is a joke. Mike. What a rude little punk is all I can say. I did not sign or agree to a monthly recurring charge! Deceptive place. Stay away!

Laura Beth was unreasonably rude when I came through the car wash and I felt attacked all because I did not want the membership because it was my first time coming there. I don’t recommend coming here if they’re going to be disrespectful and pushy about only getting a single wash. All this company wants to do is upsell their customers and take advantage of them.

I have gotten my vehicle washed here twice in a month. No one sprayed or washed the back of my vehicle either visit, which left it dirty in the back. What's the point of washing it when it comes out half dirty. $10 a wash with a half dirty car, pointless.
