“(1/26/26) I Wish I could leave a whole separate/new review but Google doesn’t allow that. But I want to reiterate how wonderful our experiences are here. Having a reactive dog can make these visits stressful, but having a staff that is willing to be flexible when approaching your pets care is a true blessing. Highly recommend the Keystone staff to anyone who has a pet that they want treated with the utmost care.

“I recently got a new kitten and she was having some urinary issues. Everyone there was so kind and they took the time to find an appointment for her. They spent time figuring out what the issue was and genuinely cared about getting her back to herself!”

“My Yorkie has been treated at Stow Kent Animal hospital for the past 8 years. They have delivered many services during that time. He has seen several doctors beginning with Dr. Chomes. After Dr. Comes left the area My Yorkie was treated by Dr. Paroff. My Yorkie is a senior dog with multiple chronic conditions. During these 8 years I have interacted with the staff who I feel treated me and my Yorkie like family. On this date my senior Yorkie experienced his last day on this earth. He was seen for the last time by Dr. Bailey. As you might image this was a difficult time for me and my granddaughter. Dr. Bailey was kind and caring to all of us. She and her staff made this procedure bearable. For this I am grateful to all of them. On behalf of Bentley I thank you all for your service and your kindness.”

“All staff including Doc went above and beyond to help me. Had back surgery and they came to the car and got my cat Meathead. The price was also with in reason to help me financially since I’m on disability.
