0 star was not an option. Worst experience ever. Deven V was the one who helped my sister and I. It was a nightmare. 1st, he gave her the wrong phone, then he ported her number to my phone, and disconnected my number. My sister went back to try to fix it or return it. He basically didn’t help her, nor apologize for his mistake nor try to remedy the mistake he made. I called shortly after and he answered and stated his name was Trevor (a lie). He said he doesn’t recall anyone coming in with her description. It was a lie as I spoke to him myself on the phone when he was setting up her new phones. I told him my sister was going to come back again to return the phones, said ok and hung up on me. Called back and their phone was shut off and went to VM. My sister gets to the store at 6:10pm, a sign was posted on the door they were closed and to contact their corporate office. The store doesn’t close until 7! She knocked and they were clearly in the store but chose to ignore her. We called Stow police to help us. The officer knocked on the door and they ignored him. This was very rude and unprofessional. They were not going to reopen so we left and contacted their corporate office, Russell Cellular. They tried to get a hold of the district manager but he was unresponsive. The issue is being escalated and not only Deven but the girl in there with him, who followed his lead will be held accountable. We will attempt to come by again tomorrow and see what happens. Obviously Deven was doing something shady which was why he was hiding and not dealing with fixing the mistake he made. Don’t shop here. Go to the one down the street. They were super helpful!
Update 4/9/24: Just found out from an ex employee of Russell Cellular that the reason why they created additional lines and not porting old number properly is because the company and employee make commission for every new line that is opened. Hmmm. Hence the reason why I had two additional phone numbers added to my account.
4/24- Clearly the company really doesn’t care as they reply with the same generic message to all negative reviews.

They totally screwed up all our phones and ported the wrong numbers to the wrong phones! When I told them we were coming back to return the phones the guy deven closed the store before I could get there! I got there at 6 and saw them hiding in the back room waiting for me to leave! Their hours are supposed to be open till 7! This place is terrible! I had to go to Verizon in stow/Kent to fix the mess they created! It took them 5.5 hrs to get our original numbers back! The people who work at Hudson Dr store are flat out idiots!
I did go back the next morning and the same “manager” Deven who sold me the phones tried to say he closed up the night prior bc he was “cleaning”. Flat out lied! He refused to give me a full refund of $210 and could only refund me $70 bc he didn’t have the “authority to give me my full refund”. He was charging me a restock fee of $50 per phone! I was not leaving without a full refund. He then offered me store credit of $210 bc he didn’t want to “get in trouble” by his corporate office. After arguing for 20 min he finally gave me my full refund of $210. How did it go from we can only refund $70 and now $210? Shady shady shady!

I turned in a phone for them to send back to apple almost 3 months ago. I was supposed to receive credits towards my bill for the phone. I never ended up receiving anything for it so I called Verizon and they told me they never received my phone from the store. The store never gave me a confirmation or tracking number. Now I’m trying to get ahold of this store to ask them why they basically stole $250 from me and suddenly they are only open Mondays and Tuesday? What kind of business is this…

Corey was truly helpful in all he did for us today, while we were transferring over to Verizon from T mobile. He took his time even though we ran into a few serious issues but with patience and time everything was corrected and went well. So thank you Corey!

Worst experience there is. Go somewhere else! Hours are wrong, no one answers the phone. I had an upgrade with no cost for the new iPhone. Paperwork needed to be submitted and I was told it would clear off my bill. Here I am 3 months later, I have paid over $100 for the device that was supposed to be covered in the upgrade, per Ben. And my statement shows I still owe over $700 for the “free upgrade” device. This is the worst issue of many in my experience going to this location.
