Very fair store, the trade value isnt exactly high so I probably wouldnt trade just cuz youll lose a slight bit of equity. But very clean, integrity driven store. Would definitely shop here again.

I have bought from here several times. The prices are reasonable and you know you are getting the real thing. Very friendly people and beautiful shop full of treasures. I love that you can shop online too.

I was helping settle an estate and brought in a bunch of US coins, silver certificate bills and some gold. Max had it all sorted, double counted, and priced out in less than an hour. This place has a good reputation in the area and it did not disappoint. I'll go back the next time I have items to sell.

Be careful buying any sets or anything premium from them they sold me a set of air force coins. Sadly I had trusted them previously but instead of stepping up and admitting a mistake and at least refunding me the premium they charged me for selling me a set which was not a set they offered me a $10 discount. I had already shipped this to my USAF dad at more than the $10 credit they were offering. I paid $57 above spot price and so just be warned you should be able to trust a reputable coin store to do due diligence especially for the premiums they charge you but this is not the place.
Note: They even admitted to charging me $13.75 per coin premium but then despite one coin being a duplicate they were going to offer me a $10 credit? Excuse me? You are charging premiums if you would have offered $28 (50%) I would have been totally cool with it. So this place will burn down many dollars of good will over $18?

Today was our first trip to Executive Coin Company and it was an outstanding experience. I had seen offerings on eBay and had contacted them through the Contact Seller option ahead of time. They responded in a timely manner and answered my questions. I let them know I was going to come and examine the coin in person, then was able to move it up a day. They had the coin ready when I arrived, allowed for a thorough examination of the coin, answered all questions and handled the transaction. I'm very pleased to get to know another reputable coin dealer in the area!

IGNORE all negative reviews you see on here. This place is fantastic. Today was my first time going, did not even know it was there and I am a local. The level of customer service I was given was nothing short of outstanding. They were both unbelievably helpful. Since it was my first time going, I was not aware that they can only do a max purchase amount of $500 with a debit card, so it's better to use cash. However, there were quite a few items I really wanted to purchase as there pricing is VERY fair, so they were kind enough to allow me to go over the usual limit so that I could at least get the main few items I wanted. 10/10. I will now be a regular at this shop.

loved this store and I will be back. amazing selection of bullion, coins, and paper currency. staff was very friendly and helpful as well. Pricing is very fair. I'm happy to have found this place and anticipate shopping here more frequently instead of online. Very much looking forward to my next visit.

Always loved going to this store, I drive 30 min farther than needed because they usually have a great selection. Today was the first time I've had the owner of a business act the way he did and over something that wasn't even my question to begin with. FYI the lady at the counter (which is always a pleasure to deal with and talk to including today) suggested that she ask if you would go higher on my silver after I had already politely declined her offer. I was happy to take the offer on the rest of the lot that i had brought in and had no really need to sell any of it. He seemed annoyed at the question and offered another .50 per ounce. And after making some comment while helping another customer about having to put them in auction to do any better on them which is ridiculous came over and remarked " so how much more would I have to pay to buy some Johnson mathey bars". I had declined the initial offer with no issues and had every intention of looking around your store to see what new items had come in since my last visit. I originally came to the store today to buy a very nicely toned barber quarter i saw listed online which is what my sold items would have been put towards. After today I'll take my business elsewhere any I'm sorry for the employee that had to be put in between that situation

Very decent selection but premiums are very high compared to the places I normally go (I live an hour away). The guy who helped me I believe must’ve been new because anything I asked a price on, he had to go ask, including 90% coins and common silver bars. I did buy a few ounces of silver and a war nickel/cent set. All in all very nice place but if you’re stacking silver at the best price, you’ll probably want to shop around

Thank you for the coins. The coins were shipped quickly and arrived in a secure package. Each coin was placed in a zip lock bag to protect the slabs and coins. Great customer service and communication. I am a long time customer who highly recommends The Executive Coin Company.
