Average install. I could have spit the caulk on neater myself and you better not need any follow up service because you wont get it.

We needed a new shower door for our bathroom remodel. We went in and were shown our different options. They were fast in getting our estimate and getting our door installed. It looks beautiful! The whole process was completely painless from beginning to end. If you’ve done a remodel, you’ll know how important that is. I will definitely use them again when we remodel our other bathroom. They did a great job.

Had my windshield replaced last week - David was easy to work with and had the job done in an hour and half. It was also much more affordable than safelite or another “name brand” service. 5/5 for price and great service.

Needed a shower door for a house we had remodeled for my mother-in-law. Hard to coordinate since I live on the west coast. (Contractor was quite a challenge, he was supposed to include the door in the remodel but did not).
Found Stow Glass on a web search. Glad I did! Quick response, direct and to the point. Gave a good price for the job so I told them to proceed and crossed my fingers. Mom said they were very professional when they did the install and everything looks good.
I just came back for an extended visit and I am very happy I went with them. Did a fantastic job.
Stow is going to be my first call in the future for any Glass and Mirror work I need.

I called about replace a unique window at my home. the man who answered the phone was extremely unpleasant, the moment he answered I felt like he didn't want my business. He made it very clear they wouldn't be able to come out for a quote for a few days, which I was completely fine with, but then he told me to text him pictures of the window and he would be able to quote me that way. I sent the pictures same day and never received a call back or a response to the text. So, I was right, he didn't want my business and now will never have it.

I used to go to a different glass company for years. They recently close so it made me have to seek out a new glass company. I was pleasantly surprised with Stow city glass & mirror. The owner was very responsive and reasonably priced. I needed a piece of glass cut for the top of a dresser. I measured it called and he had it ready within a half an hour. I thought I would have to wait a week or more. The price was very competitive. When I went to pick up the glass I realize that he also does glass for shower stalls and bathrooms etc. In addition to car windshields of course. I will definitely be using this as my new glass company. The owner carried the glass out to my car. He wrapped it nice and neat so it wouldn't crack or break on the way home. I love this new glass company.

This is a family business that has been around for many years. These guys specialize in all things glass. They don't specialize in customer service platitudes and lip service. If you want good glass, do business with them. If you want somebody to treat you like a princess, you should probably look elsewhere.

Work qaulity is to be determined.Was making noise when I drive not sure if it has to set still but time will tell.They did get me in quickly and told me a cheaper price than thier competitors in the area. So I had decided to go with them on this replacement of my windshield.however when it came time to pick up the car the parking situation was not ideal as it was slightly larger than an alleyway to pull into single file line. I called ahead and recieved a price qoute for a windshield replacement for 265 dollars not including tax. After arriving and dropping the car and leaving my number the job was done very quickly as promised. I returned to the business to pick up the car and was asked if it was going to be cash or card. I told him it was going to be a card. Then he informed me since it was going to be a card that I would be charged an increased price of 30 dollars. I was grateful for the service I just wish I would have been more informed of the payment difference in price per method of payment before I came to pay.
