Spent OVER 5 hours getting 4 new devices from this store, transferred over 2 phone numbers and needed to upload our bills to make sure they get refunded by spectrum. My wife went into the store and nobody in the store could help us get our bills uploaded at all, and then customer service told us to Google it. The app makes it VERY difficult to upload your bills. Never spent so much time in a phone store in my life, I do not recommend this store and quite possibly spectrum as a whole.

The women. behind the counter was very rude to me. I'm a senior citizen and she kept being rude. I was walking around looking at the phones and the other things. And when I walked over to the self paying machine, I knew it didn't take cash. I was just looking to see one dayI might want to use that to pay my bill , instead of paying in cash and she was very rude. The comments she made to me and she also put 2 people in front of me that are already signed in and was in line but I didn't say anything. And I just felt very uncomfortable even being around her two other customers Walk by me and apologized for her actions. And I'd said nothing because I didn't want to cause a scene. I feel very uncomfortable going in there now because of her attitude. I don't know why she targeted me to be rude too. The men were nice and took care me, thank goodness.

Why do they have to raise rates every year? 1st 3 years great ..99.00 a month with internet.then year 4 raised to 135.00 a month. Now year 5 175.00 a month for the same service. Who in business thinks this is good business. Terrible way of doing business. Cancelled this before next year will be 210.00

They are the worst representatives. Don’t believe them they lie to charge you as much as they can. I know it is the only store in the area, so Spectrum is the responsible one here!! I just wanted to transfer my service to new home, and they told me everything is done. Now I received a new bill twice expensive than before. They upgraded my service including service activation fee for transferring. I came to this store again and they told me they are responsible for this mistake. They removed my promotional discount I had on my bill to upgrade my service and I have to pay higher for the previous service. It is disgusting.

So when your billing cycle ends on the 17th and you return your equipment on the 18th, apparently, you have to pay for the whole month? This is a joke! We only left the area for 6 months and then will be back in the area. I actually really liked Spectrum and would have come back to them for internet when we returned, but not anymore! To lose a customer over $99 dollars is truly absolutely ridiculous!

Terrible internet service, hiden fees and spiked prices constantly. Adding extra service to your bill that you don't use. Over a hour wait to speak to customer service. They give you a run around and could care less about your problem. One of the worst internet providers we have had. Would not recommend to anyone
