So rude....went in to ask if I could have a plastic cover...both of the gentlemen were friendly...a woman came out abruptly said we don't sell those..awful ..

Went in to change my subscription. Tammy was very friendly, greeting me as soon as I walked in. She took care of me and gave me a new modem to take home.
