Terrible.. all the makeup that's testers is gross.. the girls working didn't not want to help .. they just wanted to talk .. to each other .. NO perfumes. Out to buy.. they had samples but that's it.. what a waste of my time.. I'll go to Ulta!

This sephora location needs training on how to do returns. I went in today to do a return on a product I had bought eight days ago. I did not have a receipt but had my purchase history on my beauty insider. I also had my original form of payment as well. I was told that they can’t look up beauty insider purchases as a form of receipt and that my debit card didn’t find the payment. I did do a split tender half with a debit card and half with gift card. The manager and beauty advisor both told me if I could find the gift card they could find the purchase that way. I went home and found the email of my gift card and went back up. Before I went back up I called sephora kohls customer service about the return and they told me that the advisor could find my purchase by looking up my beauty insider and that it would be a simple return/ exchange. So I went back up and they then told me they couldn’t look it up by gift card? But twenty minutes ago they could have? Makes no sense. I called a different sephora inside of kohls and they said they could do my return by just looking up my beauty insider. I even had her ask the manager and she confirmed before I wasted more time coming up. Just sounds like the associates at this location don’t know what they’re doing and just didn’t want to help.

It's Okay. It's inside the Kohl's. There are variety of makeup and skin care products. I like they have samplers you can try, mirrors you can check and tissues to wipe off like other Sephora stores. However, the beauty advisors were not friendly like the other beauty stores. They saw me but they didn't greet me or offer their help. There were no other customers. I felt being ignored.

Great merchandise, clean. In renovations to add Sephora merchandise. The staff...you gotta smile at them first to wipe the sour off their face. They're not happy people at all. And they're quite curt. "You got to take that to customer service." "If you tell me where that is I'll be happy to go." How about, "I'm sorry, this has to be handled at customer service. It's down the aisle and to the left, all the way in the back." Then at customer service, the attendant said, "The Kohl's $10 is now void. We need your card ending in xxxx. You will be reimbursed $xxxx" What about, " So, if you return this item we'll have to void out the Kohl's $10. But if you want to browse a bit and exchange the item you can...." Incidentally, I WAS going to browse and see if I could make an exchange, but after waiting in line for 5 minutes at the cash register for this kind of customer service??? I'll pass, no thank you.

I went, for the first time, to Kohl's to return Amazon merchandise. The woman was so rude from the beginning. I told her it was my first time and I left my phone in the car but I had all the receipts printed off from my online return transactions with Amazon. She immediately started complaining she doesn't get paid by Amazon and she shouldn't have to do the work. Then she said a few other things and I said I'm sorry if I upset you. She told me she couldn't find what items went with what receipt and I needed to go out to the car and get my receipt. And she was super rude. So much so that I started putting all my stuff back in my bag and said I didn't want to return anything and I just wanted her name and the store manager. I did finally tell the woman that she was super rude and high could not believe she was talking to me in such a manner. When the manager came the woman was accusing me of starting the whole thing. There were two other women there that worked at Kohl's that saw the whole thing go down. The manager asked the mean woman to step aside and asked one of the other girls to help me. They were super nice then and they found within two minutes or less what items went with what receipt and all was returned. I can only hope Kohl's reprimanded that awful woman. I always say be as nice as you can to others because you don't know what goes on in their life but, this employee was so far out of line that there is no excuse for her actions.

Great customer service in the returns department. My favorite young lady, Emily, is the best ever; with outstanding skills on the register and a wonderful personality, makes her a valuable asset to Kohls. A new employee, Sara, has great customer service skills also.

The service here is horrible-need a new management team to get things in order. It's a nightmare shopping here.
