Not certain his name but he was a young tall dark haired guy working TODAY on July 11th at 6:37 pm at the Graham Road Cuyahoga Falls store. What a great employee, saw me struggling to find sauerkraut, left the cashier station to come help me without me saying a word. Great customer service skills make this guy a manager! We absolutely DO notice!

I like the save a lot on graham rd stow ohio. I go there at night after work very pleasant employees/ helpful . Clean store and never a big crowd in the evenings.

Last night I stopped in to make a roast. I am very disappointed with the quality if food this store chooses to provide their customers. They need to do better. There were 2 beef roasts. One was $16. It had already lost most of the coloring they inject into it. It was 80 percent brown. The other was $17 which I bought. I cooked the roast in a baking bag with beef broth mushroom soup and onion soup mix, carrots and onion. Super tough meat. Waste of my money.Next you had produce marked down. So strawberries you were charging $1.79. Those were old and should have nen thrown away. I didn't buy them.But your food is supposed to be fresh. The stuff you are trying to serve your customers is subpar. You should be embarrassed.Also your cashier wasn't professional. I'm going to assume GOKU is a store manager. But the cashier thinks it's funny to be disrespectful and playful with him. How hard is it to ring up some food and be pleasant like thank you for shopping here. Did you find everything?I work hard for my money. I won't be shopping at your store again.

Save-A-Lot is a wonderful place to save money and get exactly what you need! They have quite the variety of things foods, cookware, diapers, and an array of many other things! I highly recommend Save-A-Lot especially if you want to save a dollar!
