“I'm a fan of any Acme. This one is a little slower paced I would say. Grocery prices are high everywhere. Born in west akron so I frequented an Acme most of my life.”

“Great post office, very large space. The employees were nice and helpful. And they have decorations up of CLE sports, military branches, and other various things. I have never seen another post office have decorations, made it feel more inviting than most other post offices”

“Our courier is great and when I was worried and called the local Firestone Park Brown St center the person Cindy was VERY helpful. Her and our courier worked to get the package to us, even though the address number was incorrect. They are ver kind hardworking and so helpful.”

“I had to visit this Five Points location on two different occassions in recent months (April 2024 & May 2024)...one of which involved getting an issue resolved. I had a great customer service experience BOTH times with an employee by the name of Azuree. She went above & beyond to assist me! Her graciousness and kind spirit are RARE these days and did not go unnoticed. I have also sent a detailed message directly to USPS in hopes that she will be recognized for a job well done. Keep up the good work!

“While being out of town for an extended period, I received a text from USPS that I was getting an unexpected shipment. It contained some valuable and delicate item so the package needed signature. I called the Stow P.O. and talked to Leo, who made sure the package was properly forwarded to my temporary address by actually going and looking at it. He also asked me to check the tracking on my phone while he waited to make sure I could track the shipment too. Finally, he asked me to call the PO and ask for him specifically if I needed any additional help. We need more teammates like Leo in all organizations. Great service!”
