We stopped in to the Graham Rd branch and Brandon spent over an hour with us answering questions and assisting us.His positive attitude and excellent service was very appreciated.I would recommend PNC to anyone looking for a great banking experience!

The staff at this branch was actually helpful when I was there. My issue was with the corporate people. I opened an account for my business and it was closed a few weeks later without any explanation. I called them because the letter I received said if you have further questions, call this number. I called them and they literally just read me what was on the letter without any explanation. This place is a joke.

I have Not been to A PNC since I lived down in PA over the last 3 months I went there today 04/01/2023 the lady I had Talk to she was very nice and polite I had asked her about my account she said to set a appointment up to try to get a new card that my card I have now is not a Smart access card thank u so much ill be calling in to make an appointment

Had my account not even 2 days, it was hacked and my personal information was attained. Will be taking my money out and going elsewhere.

Chelsea was so helpful when I was freaking out about a transaction. She helped me through it and made me feel really comfriable. We need more Chelsea's in this world!

Waited 20 minutes to make a simple withdrawal. I was 2nd in line. They only had 1 teller working. There were 4 people waiting behind me by the time I left. 6 other staff members were present including a manager who was wholeheartedly apathetic. He recommended I go to a different PNC location.

Bad customer service. Maneger is the worst. I have-(had) closing after this incident, a business account there and she would not allow me to open a personal account to do a wire transfer. The teller told me it could be done but she said she wouldn’t allow it. I waited in the parking lot for an hour and 45 min to send a transfer because of them. I could not recommend this branch less. Do your self a favor and find a bank that cares about their customers.
