I have been tanning here for quite sometime now and I love it. I decided to buy bottle of tanning lotion , paid full price . I walk in a week or so later and saw a sign all lotions 40% for month of August. So I spoke with Kara (Asst. Manager) and she explained there were mailing issues with the signs and they got the signage later then normal, but all the associates should have seen memo. I wouldn’t have complained but it was a huge sale . I am thankful Kara had helped me get what I should have gotten to begin with and was super nice about it . Definitely gotta give good customer service workers the applause nowadays . Thank you Kara !!

Front desk is always so friendly! Facility is clean and has alittle bit of everything. Black spa room is a nice bonus.

I have been a member at other Planet Fitness’s but the on Stow is by far the best! It’s clean, big and a lot of equipment and you never have to wait to get on something ! Staff is very friendly ! I am glad I rejoined !!

Clean facility. Lots of great equipment. I mean LOTS! Locker and shower areas are brand new. Staff are friendly! The only real question is why don't I get myself there more oftern?! LOL!

Every time I walk in the doors, I'm happy to see it's as clean as the last time. Most people are friendly and courteous. Check out the Black Card Lounge. Awesome relaxation and recovery options!

So this is what we doing a no “judgment zone” literally where speculation is justified with zero proof No witnesses and straight ASSumptions. For this weak gym with no free weights. How dare you cancel ANYONES membership when Esporta is ten times the facility and not as far around the corner. Men are NOT SAFE and this facility is Misandrist and it’s sad. Do better Planet Fitness

My membership got canceled through speculation and I never was told what I allegedly did. I also never got to explain what I actually was probably doing and maybe had been mistake. Getting canceled for working out and bothering not one person is unheard of. It’s gotta be discrimination.

I think it is about time I updated my google review on this location. In the course of the year, this location went from 5 starts to 2 stars for me. The staff used to walk around dusting the machines, sweeping and mopping the floors, refilling cleaning stations. Now, they just hang out behind the desk, laughing and chit chating. Cleaning stations are constantlyyyyyy empty. The equipment is dusty and dirty. I understand we are supposed to wipe down our equipment after use. But the staff still should be cleaning the equipment in between. And don't get me started on the crusty water fountain ? Working out isn't even enjoyable anymore because I know this location is MAJORLY slacking in cleanliness. $10-$20 a month, and $50 once a year, where is our money going???? Because it's surley not going back into the wellness of the gym.

This place makes me want to cancel my planet fitness membership. Not only is the hot water off more then its on. They don't even have the decency to post it on their door and the notice is so far back in the shower area you don't even see it till after your done working out.
The hours are not productive either. Don't open till 7 on Saturday. For a gym that's late to be opening up. So, if this was my first impression of planet fitness I never would have joined.
