Everyone is so friendly there and always helpful and answers. Any questions you have and I just love Dr. Greiner. She’s the best she doesn’t rush you out of there. She answered any questions you have and she’s a real sweetheart. I just met Dr Daroszewki today He will be doing my cataract surgery, very nice person very thorough and explaining everything that he does would recommend this place 100%.

Dr.D is very professional and knowledgeable. I truly trust his opinion. He explained everything to me so I could understand my eye exam and procedure to follow. The check in girls seem a little frustrated at times though.

They really need somebody to take over scheduling because there was nowhere in the waiting room for people to sit. Too packed. I waited 45 minutes in addition to the hour I waited during my last visit.. I won't be returning.

Everyone in the office was very friendly and helpful, as well as knowledgeable. My appointment was with Dr. D. He was very patient, was happy to answer any questions I had. He explained my problem in a way I could understand as well as explaining the treatment and why he chose it. I will be seeing Dr. D for follow-up.

Had pre surgical testing (PAT) and then they called to cancel surgery 2 days before surgery scheduled.. They said a measurement appointment needed to be scheduled which had not been done.
They had called many times to schedule followup apps. I had made followup calls after each, but none returned.
I Had to go for PAT to even find projected time of in hospital surgery.
In hospital desired and required because I have but one eye (partially blinded at birth) and additional care need be taken since even this eye was scarred.
Of course this oversight blamed on office staff said to no longer be there and the office manager is conviently not at work on monday.
Obviously the staff did not share my concern.
They made no effort to get the test run and the surgery carried out as scheduled.
Even the next scheduled hospital date given me was not until July and after the expiration date of the drops sold to me to take before and after surgery.

The staff was nice and helpful. They explained all of what they were doing. Dr D was very nice, he spoke to me professionally but not cold. He was caring and was very easy to talk too.

Buyer Beware. I purchased updated lenses for an old frame and a new frame/lenses, following an eye exam. Was told the total cost and asked to pay before receiving the itemized bill. I reviewed the bill later that day and realized there were extra charges beyond the cost of the lenses and frames: $25 for each set of lenses for a 1 year warranty and $125 for a filter treatment on one set of lenses. Neither charge was explained by the tech at the time of purchase. I returned the following day to get an explanation and have the $175 of extra charges removed, which they were. No apologies or explanation from the same tech, just silence while she processed the refund. There were other aspects of my experience with Northeast that were annoying, eg waiting 45 minutes beyond my scheduled appointment time for the exam without any apology, which are my cause for finding another provider.
