I used to be a loyal HD customer but this Lowe's completely changed my mind! I just moved to the area and Vince has been wonderful to work with as I restock my home. A lady in the garden center has been so kind to my dog and a gentleman in the lot has been very helpful lifting heavier items into my car. Overall, every employee at this location has gone above and beyond and it is refreshing! Keep up the good work!

Horrible experience with blind order and installation. Nearly 4 months and we still didn’t get the correct blinds, and the install looks horrible. They guaranteed us a price on levolor blinds and then said they wouldn’t honor it after their installer screwed up. They came out to measure three times and failed the install twice. They gave us the wrong blind. And said “we can refund you the install, and you can keep the incorrect, wrongly installed blind” thanks. Horrible experience

So disappointed, this has always been our go to store ,sadly not after this week . I took my dad who is 85 no cashier but people standing by self check out he was paying with cash so he was being helped by employee as I went to another check out station , my item on sale did not ring up on sale so I told them to check his ,they also did not ring as advertised. The employee helping him asked another couple employees standing around Noone seemed to know if the items where on sale and Noone tried to find out . The employee helping him then says well only one item is wrong. Noone offered to go look at the sign that clearly said 2 for 6$ . It was like 4 employees now standing around doing nothing, bottom line we left making no purchase . No cashier no patronage

I ordered few hundred bags of mulch that was on sale. The stores website stated that they had it in stock and I opted for delivery. The store called and said they were changing the order because they didn't have the stock. I had to order from another store and pay a separate delivery fee. I still was short about 30 bags so I went in once they were in stock and they refused to give me the original price. Manager (Ken) was unapologetic and didn't seem to care. Even stating NO without even hearing what happened.

Purchased whirlpool freezer and it ended up being a defective unit, after 2 months of dealing with whirlpool technicians unsuccessfully repairing the freezer, the store manager had the freezer picked up from my house, and currently in the process of delivering the new unit. Very impressed by the customer service of this store.

After inventory was off count at another store I called Stow to verify they had the retaining wall blocks I needed in. The gentleman who answered said it shows 79 in stock (I needed 15) I asked if he could just physically check and he said he wasn't anywhere near them. I explained that it is another 25 min drive and I didn't want to come if they were wrong. The one I checked first had a completely different block in its place. He said hold on and the call ended. I went ahead and drove there since odds were they had 15. After searching high and low for the blocks I ask a gentleman if he could help locate them. He happens to be the same guy who the call "ended" with. I ask to speak to a manager when we couldn't find them as I was a little irritated that him taking a minute to check could've avoided the now wasted trip. The manager came to us and said he was going to check in the back. When they came up with the pallet it was ripped open and they had a paper with the item number. Upon looking at them I let them know that those were not the same. They argued with me that there were and I could show them that those were a different style and color. Once I told them that I had already ordered another 120 they quit trying to convince me to just take those. The man who started to help me proceeded to tell me I should just cancel the $900+ order and start over with something they have on hand. I had no intentions of doing that after already waited for my order for a week. I ended up walking out and finding them at yet another Lowes 15 miles further. Turned my 20 minute trip into a 3 hour debacle.

The clerk asked if I wanted a veteran's discount. I said yes. She demanded my phone number. She entered it in her computer. It came back rejected. No veteran's discount, even though I had photo ID proving I was a veteran, and the phone number is one I've had for years. There was also a problem with key copies not working, despite trying a second time. I did finally get usable key copies made at a competitor's machine and at less cost. I went to Lowes because a relative had given me a gift card. I'll tell him not to bother in the future.
