Staff was VERY RUDE. The facility is clean and the machines are well maintained, however the staff needs better customer service skills. They have signs all over suggesting that customers must be cordial to staff, and I suggest staff need to also be respectful towards patrons. I may give it another chance because of the machines, but if I see her on staff, I will move along to another laundromat.

Very clean. Washers and dryers smell clean for the most part. Small washer (which held a medium load) was about $3.50, large washer (held a big load) was $7.50. Dryers are 0.44 for 6 minutes. Attendant was very helpful and kind. Space to fold and to wait. Must load a card with money to wash and dry. Can use bills or credit card to load. Credit card had a minimum of $10 to load. Bathroom was clean. Needed to swipe laundry card (but no charge) to get in and push real hard on door. Not busy at all at 10am in a Friday morning. We would come again!

Stopped here while on a road trip and could t be more impressed. The gentleman working kindly showed me how to get the laundry card, how much I’d need to put on it and how to use the machines. The place is super clean, there are several nice high folding tables, and plenty of carts. Excellent experience!

The older lady employee is very sweet, which is why it is not a one star review. However, store NEEDS to include on their website they do not accept coins. Most laundromats are coin and all I have been to before were coin. I went out of my way on a weekday night to do my laundry here, only to be ready to pack up and leave. The older woman had explained to me they switched to coin because this location has been robbed. However, they really should include on their website.

My daughter and wife did their laundry while visiting Kent, Ohio and this is what my daughter had to say: "Anita was extremely helpful, explained how to use it and was available anytime I had questions. Great experience."
Keep up the great work, Anita. ?

Make sure to only charge what you’ll use for the week because there’s no policy posted anywhere at the laundromat that says anything about the cards. I’m stuck with a card that has a lot of money and no reimbursement policy. Scott (owner) couldn’t care less when I gave him a call and said to donate my money to a charity.

The people there are always nice. I use the bulk laundry service, which can be expensive, but it's worth it every time. My apartment has unreliable washers and dryers, so I come here once every other month. When I pick up everything is clean & sorted, which makes my life easier. Only complaint I have is the bag discount is pretty low (5%), especially if you're doing the bulk service.

Love this place and have been a highly satisfied customer for years.Today was not a good experience. While using large capacity washer and sitting in front of waiting for it to finish, staff and customer brought several carts of customers laundry, crowded me and were discussing how soon they could get customers laundry in the washer. Felt incredibly pressed, very crowded and definitely not a like a valued customer.

I never thought I'd be compelled to review a laundrymat, but here we are. My dryer is on its last legs at home, and while I wait for black Friday specials, I hit the laundrymat. It's not the worst; you get a week's worth done in less than two hours, and you can hide from your kids while you do it, and you can knock out the comforters and sleeping bags you've been putting off, too. Anyway, the attendant, Anita (I think) was BEYOND helpful last night. She made sure I knew how to add money to my card (I did; we camp a lot. Lol) and she did the same for everyone else who walked in the door. Offered advice to a young single gentleman who walked in who looked a little lost, chatted with another customer while she folded, answered my questions about their wash/dry/fold service (Oh, I'll be doing that!) and, Anita's amazing, no one would ever think an attendant would do this anywhere, like talk about going the extra mile..... SHE OFFERED TO MATCH MY FAMILY'S SOCKS, and I laughed and THEN SHE DID IT. ? I wish I'd gotten her schedule. She's amazing.

Pricey and they seem not to care about the bugs all over the windows (inside side). At least your clothes are clean.

Had to go to a laundromat after my washer died. Nice, clean place. Staff were about to help/clean/chit chat. Ordinary folk just doing their laundry. No seedy people. I felt comfortable there with my toddler helper.Machines only work with a laundry time card which you can get from any card machine. Add money to the card and swipe at the machines. Didn't have any issue getting or reloading the card.My only small gripe is the prices. Express washers are 6.89/wash. Dryers cost .44 per 6 minutes. That was the most annoying part, constantly checking having to restart the dryer when my clothes weren't dry. I truly don't know why you can only get 6 minutes.Otherwise it was a good experience when I was in a bind.
