Keystone Vet Clinic did not follow their own information on their website purporting their status as "Cat Friendly Practice" and "Fear Free Certified Professional". We saw a different Veterinarian each time we visited. We had to get care at MedVet for an emergency with our cat. MedVet communicated with and sent the records back to Keystone. No one from the Keystone office ever followed up with us until after the second visit to the ER, 5 months later. This practice consistently had trouble getting blood from our cat. When I scheduled the last appointment, I was asked to give our cat 50 mg of Gabapentin, before the appointment, to which I agreed, and which we had done previously. The person on the phone then told me they might have to additionally sedate our cat. I stated I did not want our cat sedated. A few minutes later, which was 45 minutes before the appointment, someone called me back to give me the option of going to the ER. I told her I didn't want to go to the ER and would keep my appointment. She told me it was unnecessary for me to tell her not to offer the ER when she was just trying to give me all the options, and was much more worried about what she wanted to say vs. my concerns. They clearly did not want to see our cat or us, even though we had been going there almost a year. I called back to cancel the appointment and went to MedVet instead, even though it wasn't an ER, and they thankfully agreed to see our cat since it was a follow up to care they had previously given. It was obvious through our visits that Keystone did not have someone competent enough to get blood from a difficult patient, and it seemed they didn't want to deal with any pet parents that disagreed with anything they suggested or wanted to do during exam or treatment.

The staff are very patient. The veterinarians take the time to care for our Cat and Dog. We receive updates and reminders for regular checkups and when their next vacancies are due.

Why would they not accept new clients? I've read mostly good things about this place. My newly adopted boy needs to be checked out ASAP. Wanted to make an appointment and the voice message said not accepting new clients! Very disappointed.

I loved how easy it was to get a same day appointment. The staff were always kind and the facility is clean and beautiful. It would be 5 stars, however their pricing is very high.

We have used Keystone as our primary care provider for our dogs. Friendly, attentive staff. The facility is clean. Plenty of parking. Keystone Care Credit which has been a life saver when our pups were sick. The doctors are knowledgeable, compassionate, and really work with you when making difficult choices for your pets.

Keystone is the best vet clinic i have ever been to. Every staff member is absolutely wonderful to work with from the minute you walk in to the second you leave. They take care of all my pets including my chihuahua, my GSD & cat. I have no complaints as they are so great with each of them. Also, shout out to Dr. Samantha because she is the BEST vet i have ever worked with. I will always come back because of her! Koda & Sushi also thank you!

Every vet and staff member that has worked with my dog and rabbit have been an absolute pleasure to work with. They all are welcoming, kind, and compassionate to both animal and owner. They have rabbit savvy vets at this location which is perfect that I can take my dog and rabbit to the same facility!! Love this vet facility would never go anywhere else!

Keystone went above and beyond to make the transition of euthanizing my 19 year kitty as painless as possible. The Vet was very thorough. She explained all that was troubling my kitty and left me with not doubt that I was doing the right thing. She clearly explained the procedure every step of the way. I also received an unexpected sympathy card, signed by the whole staff, and a tuft of fur neatly tucked in a glass bottle. Keystone knocked it out of the park!

Keystone Vet including all of the associates, as well as the wonderful doctors, hands down provides above and beyond professional yet empathetic care. I was a nervous wreck taking my baby boy (6 month old Kitty) to get his neutering this morning but from start to end I felt nothing but secure and confident leaving my baby in their care. They know what they're doing and are very intelligent with answering any and all questions. My boy is home and acting like nothing even happened to him today! I'm utterly impressed. Also shout out to the front office staff there. I wish I knew all your names but having you listen to me and talk me through it all - THANK YOU! you were the angels I needed today and you helped my emotional state tremendously. I love the talks we had today! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU Keystone, the world needs more of you.

We have been going to keystone For 3 years now and I used to brag to everyone about how amazing they are. We recently moved to Green but we stayed with them because we like them so much. My kitty had some eye irritation so we scheduled an appointment. On our way there we got stuck in huge traffic, I called them and had to beg to have them let us come. The rep on the phone said “ok whenever you get here .” I was down the street from them and they cancelled on me. I drove with traffic time for over an hr and they did this. I will tell everyone about this. Done with them.

Excellent service. Was able to bring our cat the same day as I called. Nice experience with the vet and waiting to see if the medication works.
