I recently took my teen daughter’s car to Joe’s. They were able to quickly identify the problem and get the necessary work done in just a few hours at half the price that another garage quoted. The convenience of the outside key drop off was great. They are super friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I will definitely return for all future repair needs!

We are on a 2 month trip through 11 states. While were in Ohio our RV toad (tow vehicle) spun a left rear axle bearing, damaged (destroyed) the axle and blew out the oil seal. Joe's automotive was able to get us back on the road in 1 day. That being said. I just want to say, the team at Joes not only go us back on the road. They also went WAY above and beyond any business I have ever dealt with. They truly made me feel welcome and made me feel like my friends were woking on our Jeep. I would recommend Joe's Auto repair to everyone I know in the Stow, Ohio area. This review cannot do justice to how much I appreciate their kindness and friendship they showed to someone who was so far from home. "Thank you" To the team at Joe's and especially to Andy who stayed late to get us back on the road!!!!!

While I was driving to Akron from Cleveland, a piece of my undercarriage fell loose. I pulled over 3 times to tuck it back in but ultimately made it. I passed Joe's Auto on my way back to the freeway for a stressful drive back and figured it was worth a try. I didn't have an appointment, didn't even call in advance, and wasn't optimistic about them being able to help. But they actually squeezed me in and zip tied up the loose part within half an hour. They didn't even charge me for it! Cannot say enough nice things about them since they completely turned around a terrible day. They even had an adorable shop puppy who cheered me up drastically. If I was a local, I'd go back for sure.

From the initial call in to Joes all the way through the tow process - the experience was as painless as possible. The gentleman that answered the phone was nice and knowledgeable, the driver (I believe Brad) was professional, quick, patient, and had excellent communication. The cost was just under a third of another quote I received (moving a car less than a mile to my home), which was much more affordable. Joes will be our go to moving forward.

My friends and I haven't had the best experiences at Joe's, personally. The prices (especially compared to other auto repair shops) are just really high.They did some work on my vehicle, and then I took it to another shop to finish some other things that needed to be fixed (because I literally couldn't afford to have Joe's do it all). I showed the other shop my receipt/items fixed from Joe's, and they were truly shocked at the price I paid.My friend went to Joe's to get something on her vehicle fixed and had to take it back about seven different times to fix the SAME issue.While they are relatively nice and did what they could to rectify my friend's issue, I would just highly recommend looking at multiple different options/prices for your auto repair needs before settling on one.

Towing 175$ from Kent, plastic wrap which was falling off 40$ was never asked, kent police sent my car there, process fee 50$ blah blah for 28 hours was 373$, can you give a discount , we have a business to run! My friend was charged 80$ for towing for battery replacement by one company.

Flags DO NOT = Good American/people. I was charged a "Clean up fee" during a tow. There was no clean up. I can't say for sure if it's an un-American policy or just the tow driver. That's why I didn't give less stars. Now the admonishment. First, it is an un-American activity to invent fees for pure revenue. Second, it not Christian to charge for things not done. Third, it's theft. The fact that they have the police account makes it even MORE un-American. Business needs to check themselves and drop the "Hostage" un-American and Un-Christian practices. Flags do not = quality people or quality citizen. Also, the preemptive response to the Child's Argument, "it's not our fault you got in an accident" or "it's not our fault the police towed your car". Think....it's ZERO part of your business "why". It's your job to tow. UPDATE: I'm pleased to announce that Joes Cancel Culture had this REAL NEWS. review deleted from Google Reviews. I stand by this TRUTH and am proud to have had Joe paying me an impound fee to live in his fragile ego. Also, employees of Joe; think, if Joe is like this to customers what does he do to you?
