I went to Bryan twice within a week to repair my phone screen. (No fault of his). He was extremely fast as well as affordable. He didn't even try to charge for the second repair. I still tipped a good amount. He's just all around a great guy/business man.

My son is packing up and leaving for school in a few days. Of course his phone waits till the week of the move until it decides to have issues. Bryan was awesome. He diagnosed the phone issue and after explaining we only have a few days to resolve it. He was able to order the part & fix the next day. I have used IP3 a few times and they have delivered great service every time. Thank you Bryan!

I was actually referred to Bryan by an Apple Store employee. My toddler threw my phone and shattered the camera glass on the back. I was devastated, and was about to get a new phone until I heard about Bryan. He got the camera fixed in no time. He was extremely courteous and professional. He definitely just made me a lifetime customer today with how happy I am with my experience at IP3 Repairs. I couldn’t recommend this place more highly!!!

I was originally quoted over $100 less than I was at Best Buy for my repair. When I stopped in Bryan made sure I had cleaned the speaker properly to ensure it was truly broken. The cleaning he did fixed it and there was no charge! Will definitely return next time I need a repair.
