I have been taking my vehicles to Integrity for years! Great group of people from the office staff to the mechanics. They are up front, honest and VERY knowledgeable with the repairs my car needs now and those that it will need soon. I would highly recommend Integrity Auto to all my friends & family. I've only been here once and typically use another mechanic (nothing against integrity, it comes down to location, my previous employer was very close to their location). Service was prompt for replacing rear brakes and the price was reasonable. They didn't push any unnecessary repairs either which can be hard to find in a mechanic. Overall if you live in the area and are looking for a good mechanic, I recommend integrity.
Edit: recently took my car here after my previous mechanic closed down. Service is still great, Integrity is very easy to work with, my rating still stands.

It is always a bit intimidating to go to a new mechanic. Phil has gone above and beyond in helping me with my auto repairs. They are very honest, open and just 100% HONEST people. I will recommend them to everyone.

Phil & team here have gone out of their way to provide excellent service on my vehicle for awhile now. I understand that looking around for a new mechanic can be daunting, however these guys are honest and straightforward. I could not recommend them enough.

I brought my car in for a diagnostic as I had an engine light on and oil troubles. Phil was very friendly and professional. It turned out my car was burning oil and that that had damaged the catalytic converter (I replaced it 8 months prior). Phil was very honest with me and gave me various options to fix everything, alongside the overall cost. Between the cost of the repair, the mileage it had (200,000 miles), and the repairs I had already done on the car, I decided it was time to move on from that car. I decided to scrap it since anyone buying it would need to spend thousands of extra dollars to fix it (which was what happened to me when I bought it). Phil could have easily made lots of money off me but his honesty saved me so much time, effort, and money. He helped me throughout the entire process with no added fee. He did not take a cut from the money I received. All I paid for was the initial diagnostics price. They offered to replace my brake pads, But the new brake pads were not installed properly, which damaged my brake caliper[It's only been used for about a week.] and cost me more then an extra 2970 bucks.

Was sooooo expecting to be told "Mrs. Harper, that will be $300-$350"and instead "nope, basically all good!" Truly honest people here. I 100% recommend this place, won't go anywhere else if given a choice.
