“Todd Young, Barbara and Eliajune have always been class people. Whenever I call the office I am never rushed or feel hurried on the or in person. I recently had a claim due to the winter weather. When I called the office I was put in contact with my adjuster within 20 minutes. I also received an email from Todd checking to see in things went well. Todd and his staff are the banner for good (great) customer service. There is no other insurance company or agent and office staff I would deal with. “I had Allstate for years and it was honestly great, I only switched because my husbands insurance was a little better/ cheaper. The customer service here is amazing, the service is great, the app was helpful, I could always call and ask questions , get quotes, just talk to someone if needed about my car/home insurance.The last few times I’ve called in I’ve spoken with Dale Wassenar and he is SO helpful and nice. Honestly the entire switching insurance process was stressful and he was able to get me quotes, change my name / information, and everything so quickly. He was so nice and cracked jokes with me. 10/10 customer service.An update; through fault of my own not on all state- but Today I spoke with Brian hummer who was seriously so great, he helped me fix my policy, ensured me that things were corrected and was able to explain the process to me in a friendly and informative way.Maybe I’ll be back someday ! “I have been using ASPCA Pet Health Insurance now for over 10 years and with two different dogs. Never had an issue and they work quickly to reimburse you. They have saved me many times. The best is the personalized service. Not only did they help me with my first dog's many ailments, but when it came to end of life, they were amazing. Even sent me a card after my dog passed. My current dog has a lot of health issues and they have been quick to reimburse and it's easy to follow along on the website. Just recently I had a huge bill to pay and submitted my claim. Their website stated that claims were taking longer than usual so I called and talked to a representative. Told her this was a huge hit to my pocketbook, etc. and they helped move it along a little quicker for me. It's really a great insurance for your pets. Will use it on my next pet too!”
