The service level at this location is really suffered the last few years with the loss of good people going to other locations

Have been coming to this branch for over 10 years and I've only had one issue with the ATM machine in that time. Customer service is always perfect from everyone and if the bank is busy there's possibility of wait times as others have mentioned but it's really not an issue.
