“Very clean store. All three staff members were customer oriented. Ramona answered my questions over the phone with kindness, enthusiasm and professionalism. Once I arrived, Kimberly took care of me. She was a delight and willing to go above and beyond in finding everything for my project. If you could duplicate these ladies for all stores people would rave over the service and atmosphere. “It was time to replace our kitchen cabinetry. Jerry Wolf at ProSource of Akron was a pleasure to deal with. He listened to what we wanted and helped guide us into making good decisions in terms of cabinet quality, design and color. He was patient with our trying to match cabinetry with countertop, hardware, sink, faucet and backsplash options. And the kitchen designer, Pam Whitney, did a great job with the layout and made recommendations that we hadn't even known to consider. We highly recommend ProSource if you're looking to upgrade your kitchen.”

“Clean, organized, pro desk employees are all cool and deserve rasies. The Milwuakee reps need to step up their game though. For 5 years they have promised me a t shirt and I haven't gotten one. I find this ridiculous. I haven't wore a shirt in years now and people treat me like an animal. I want to be cool and a good carpenter but it's hard without my promised free Milwaukee shirt. If I could get at least two Milwaukee stickers to cover my nipples I'd hold up till the next freeze. Jesus was a carpenter and not only was he the only son of God BUT he had a free promised Milwaukee shirt!”
“Staff here is always helpful. We recently purchased a new grill from them. Bought the Pitt boss pro series pellet grill. The only one they had in stock was the display but they worked well with us even finding us a thermometer probe to go with it as it would from the box. We also bought several bags of damaged ( ripped open bags ) of pellets at a nicely discounted price.”
“Kyle is a real one. He was able to work with me to get my patio set loaded in two runs as opposed to three, and he made sure everything was dry on a rainy day. For the icing on the cake he stopped me from leaving so that he could give me the cushions I forgot.Kyle is the hero we all need. Give that kid a raise!”

“We were replacing a carpeted room with hardwood flooring. Upon entering the flooring department we were greeted by Kyle, who was very helpful. This review is for the flooring department and the whole process. We were kept up to date on everything the entire time with text messages. The installers (Dennis, and I don’t know his partner’s name) were absolutely fantastic!! They were amazingly fast and professional. Our floor was installed in one day and they didn’t leave any mess.
The only thing I haven’t received is the email asking me to rate the installers. I hope they send it because they are definitely a five out of five stars!
Our floors are beautiful. I will definitely return to Lowe’s for future flooring needs.”

“I used to be a loyal HD customer but this Lowe's completely changed my mind! I just moved to the area and Vince has been wonderful to work with as I restock my home. A lady in the garden center has been so kind to my dog and a gentleman in the lot has been very helpful lifting heavier items into my car. Overall, every employee at this location has gone above and beyond and it is refreshing! Keep up the good work!”
