It only took a few minutes before he returned and not only helped answer all my questions but also gave me different tips and suggestions for what I was doing. “Staff here is always helpful. We recently purchased a new grill from them. Bought the Pitt boss pro series pellet grill. The only one they had in stock was the display but they worked well with us even finding us a thermometer probe to go with it as it would from the box. We also bought several bags of damaged ( ripped open bags ) of pellets at a nicely discounted price.”
“We are not frequent shoppers at that particular location, but my husband recently worked a project nearby and this location was very convenient.
We had rebate cards (our 11% rebates) saved up and at his last trip he handed the cashier two of our cards. The cashier scanned the smaller amount, but not the larger amount, but kept the card. My husband was in a hurry (like contractors are when they have to leave the job to get something real quick) and I noticed it in the evening when I added the receipt into the books. At first we thought, ok, that money is lost, maybe the cashier even put that in his own pocket, but then I saw the option to email the front desk, so I did and explained the situation, emailed a copy of the receipt and all the info I had from the Menards website where you can precisely doublecheck your rebates. I did not have much hope, but to my surprise I got a phone call and an email that same evening, and the front desk manager told me she had found the card, it was never scanned and she would mail it back to me.
I appreciate the honesty, this is how companies make customers happy. Thank you again Michelle Sp.”

“I used to be a loyal HD customer but this Lowe's completely changed my mind! I just moved to the area and Vince has been wonderful to work with as I restock my home. A lady in the garden center has been so kind to my dog and a gentleman in the lot has been very helpful lifting heavier items into my car. Overall, every employee at this location has gone above and beyond and it is refreshing! Keep up the good work!”
