I stood at pick-up counter for 5 minutes? Saw 2 girls, 1 on computer, 1 on cell phone. Neither one looked over at all. I asked "anyone working"? I got my medicine and paid. She just walked away, said nothing... I guess I'm done. This seems to make them mad. Do your job please!

The staff at this pharmacy are incredibly rude. I've never had a problem with any other Giant Eagle pharmacy... but this location has a bad attitude regardless of how friendly you are towards them. They have a superiority complex and need to get a lesson in customer service.

My visit occurred late at night; about an hour and a half before closing. The subsequent emptiness in the store that I experienced affects my review. It was pretty empty. But unlike other stores in the hours before closing, this Giant Eagle had a lack of the post apocalyptic desolation vibe that would usually happen at 9pm. Instead, it had an occupied warmth. Employees still walked the aisles and manned their posts with life in their eyes. Nobody likes their public facing job an hour before their shift is over, but these employees hid it really well. Maybe I'm used to seeing people that look like they've given up. Maybe I'm projecting; in truth, does a go getter attitude intimidate me because I'm ashamed of my own poor work ethic? Does a lifeless, hateful type of employee satiate my own ego? These are questions I might muse about as I pluck some semolina flour from the shelf.They have semolina flour! They have a huge cheese selection! They have so many stocked, neat shelves. The store is wonderfully clean and a litmus for what Giant Eagles should feel like.

I am not happy with their customer service either like the other reviewers. Some of their employees are nice but there are always some employees who are just very rude and unprofessional. Their prescription prices are usually higher than other pharmacies nearby too. They don't have pharmacy rewards like Meijer's either. I transferred all my families' prescriptions over to Meijer, which has much better customer services and similar or cheaper prices.

I’ve been using their pharmacy for years and have never had any issues. My prescriptions have always been ready the next business day. Just don’t wait till the last minute to order your refills and everything is fine ??\\u200d♀️ the staff have always been really helpful and friendly to me.

Evidently they are not open until 8:00 PM M-F like their sign suggests or else they wouldn’t have had the “closed” sign in the drive through window at 7:55 PM on a Monday. I was cutting it close but I worked all day. The moment I clocked out I left and went straight there, and I got here before 8:00. That should have been enough, even if I’d gotten here at 7:59.I would have signed out of work early if I knew they didn’t take their hours seriously.

Unfortunately this is the only place around here that takes my insurance- or else believe me, I wouldn’t go here. Every time I go to get a script there is an issue. They are often out of stock on medications and will give you partials, and make you come back the next day when they “might” get them in. You have to call in your automatic refills or they just won’t make them. I dropped off today and was told an hour, came back after plus a little more because they are always late, and they hadn’t even STARTED them. Pharmacist is a nice guy, other staff are just okay. If you can go somewhere else, definitely avoid this one.

The shorter black haired girl was unbelievably rude and annoyed the entire time, for someone who is in customer service, especially a pharmacy she is in the wrong business. My perscription had an issue and instead of helping or fixing it she just got frustrated and shook her head giving dirty looks out the window. I’m guessing she’s a new hire lol

I have tried other grocery store online/pickup, but the Giant Eagle Stow/Kent, Ohio has consistently went above and beyond! Others stores substitute what they think is the best for you and tell you when you pickup. GE text/calls and sends pictures so you can make the best decision for you. They are the only grocery store I will order online from. Thank you for exceptional service!

My sister purchased a salad and it turns out there is a grasshopper inside the salad. She returned the salad and the grasshopper but the girl said she couldn’t get a refund because of the coronavirus. Really? The girl told my sister to chocolate cover the grasshopper. Not amused. My sister left. This store needs some customer service training...
