If I could give it no stars, I would. You started an order for us IN THE STORE and Guaranteed It be here BEFORE CHRISTMAS! We asked several times before ordering. Nothing ever came. Got a cancelation email with NO RETURN in our bank from you. When calling all you say is "there's nothing we can do about it, but to call customerservice" advice, yet you don't know the number? Odd for an employee.. Customer service then relays to us that not only was the order started, it was then canceled that same day within the 4hr window that you had to do so, then put on a gift card that we also did not receive nor did we pay for it off of a gift card in the first place, but instead out of our bank account. You lied, you're employees lacked information on your own company and on everything else, I shouldn't have to put it so bluntly, but you know what ya'll did...

Been going here since I was 7, I’m going on 24 now. The store has never let me down, and the current staff is extremely friendly. Happy to come here and pay for my pro membership in person to help them out, rather than have it auto renew! Let’s go GME ?? Let’s go RC!!!!

Love this location! Staff is always super friendly, especially the one girl, I believe her name is Kenna. Such a sweety, always so warm and welcoming. 10/10

Bought a brand new PS5 yesterday and the disc drive was shot. Sounded like a fax machine, took it back today and the guy Adam was super rude and diminishing. He had an attitude the whole time. Quite literally scolded me for not getting a warranty on a BRAND NEW device that was less than 12 hours old. I literally didn't even get to use it. Plus with it being a God of War edition I was supposed to get a code for the game, which I didn't. But because it wasn't in there he "couldn't issue another GoW code" I didn't even get one and I'm being punished for not having it? I really think they tried to sell me a refurbished console labeled as new. Will not be going to this store anymore and highly recommend people to go to the one in the falls, or literally any other store. Adam was not helpful and seemed annoyed that I was returning a brand new console that didn't work. I'd give zero stars if possible honestly.UPDATE.Got the 2nd console home and tried it before I even got invested. SAME THING. Disc drive sounded like a fax machine AGAIN. Adam was still there and tried to say WE were doing something wrong. Yet when he hooked it up in store and realized I was correct he was "shocked" I'm obviously frustrated at this point after being sold 2 broken consoles and him having an awful attitude the whole time. Just asked for a refund and took my business elsewhere. Walmart sold me a perfectly working, no problems at all, console with no issues. Plus walmart has a 3 year warranty for $48 where as gamestop charged me $60 for a SINGLE year of warranty. Needless to say will NOT be going to this store IF I ever shop at gamestop again. 0/5

I'm not happy with the customer service I received. I wasn't greeted when I entered the store. The woman cashier told her coworker I was there to pick up a remote, but I hadn't even spoken to anyone yet. He asked for my phone number and last name, did not check my ID; handed over my Xbox one after I had to tell him what my order was (I had been notified by email it was ready). He then tried to give me someone else's remote for pick up that was not mine; so I had to tell him, "That's not mine." Then did not offer to hand me my receipt, and shoved my receipt so far in the box I won't be able to retrieve it until Christmas morning when my child opens her present. It's supposed to be from Santa. Santa stopped by GameStop this year babe. ??

watch out for the cashier adam. he is not friendly at all. i will not be back to this location as he has made every trip i have made to this store very unwelcoming.

It’s usually fine, but one worker, Kenna is really kind of rude lately, she completely ignores me when I talk to her and try to be nice. I may not come back to this location if she’s the one who’s in.
