I give you my experience at a later time, just getting my feet wet at the moment before jumping in but so far I am satisfied with my experience so far. My reason for joining the gym is for cardio workout.

Legit a business that is here to steal your money. Please check your bank statement as they have overcharged me twice in a row now after calling. they do not care they overcharged you ever. they cry and say and they are sending you a check? the other locations will not help "theyre not the same"the workers literally sit there on their phones all day. you dbags wanna save cost? well start looking in the mirror. you folks hire morons

extorted for money a year after cancellation through a collection agency. i have the cancellation form signed and dated by the gym staff, yet they still sent me to collections brining my options to tanking my credit, or paying them their extortion fee.

Gyms are usually terrifying to the average person. Full of crazy looking torturous devices, harsh lights, scary music that turn humans into sweaty piles of goo after a short battle. But, in light of the reopening of society after a long refuge in a cave- this gym served as a motivating, life-altering place. The personal trainers are extremely helpful, attentive, and will provide an invaluable amount of inspiration to help us lowly peasants achieve our fitness goals.

Finally open 24/7 again. AC unit is fixed. It’s so nice not having to wait on morning workers to show.

I tried to call and cancel my 96 year old father's membership. He has dementia, who I know hasn't stepped foot in this place in years! I spoke with a Josh who said he couldn't cancel the membership because I didn't know the membership number, heck, my father doesn't know the membership number. I asked him to look it up by my father's name and he said he couldn't look it up by name the name. He said he would have his manager, Mike call me. I'm still waiting. I had to go to the bank and pay a $30.00 stop payment fee. Why was he even being charged a fee, when my father has Silver Sneakers for free. Just another company trying to rip off the elderly. Shame on you. I would never recommend this place.

Would be a fairly nice gym with a good variety of equipment, but it's hard to look past the fact that the air conditioning has been broken since it was warm enough to turn it on. The thermostat currently reads 82 which is pretty uncomfortable when working out. This alone makes me consider canceling my membership when my contract is up because its just so uncomfortable to be in here let alone work out here. Heat was also not working in the winter time if that tells you how long the HVAC system has been an issue. If they got this fixed I would really enjoy going here as the crowd is great as well as the staff.

Had a membership contract since 2020 that I've been trying to cancel for the past 6 months. They broke their contract during Covid and expected the members to keep paying. I've been trying for months to cancel and they keep drawing money. I've stopped in, messaged them on FB, called, and wrote into their inquiry on their website and now they just ignore my requests. I made a huge mistake and regret joining their gym.

Pretty standard gym - nothing spectacular, but they have the basics and a decent variety that will fit most people. My big issue is that I suspended my membership while I was on the other side of the country for work for 6 months. When I came back to resume my membership they more than doubled the price - from $27/mo. to over $60/mo. I had been a member for a few years before this, and when I mentioned the situation to the person behind the desk, he just smirked and said "Well, you're the one who decided to quit." At least it helped me find better options in the area.

The gym used to be 24 hours. This was nice and fit my schedule. Since covid, the gym hours changed and opening time is 4:30 am. However, the gym is rarely opens on time (pending the opener). For example the last 2 days, I pulled up to the gym between 5:15-5:25 am and the gym was still not open. Once, on a weekend, we watched an assistant manager sneak out the back and walk around the building (and hour after the gym was supposed to be open) so she would not have to open the gym for the members. The last 2-3 winters , the gym sits about 46-58 degrees.

Terrible management! After my two year contract was up, Fitworks kicked me off my deal with no warning! I never missed a payment, never bothered anyone when I did go workout at Fitworks. Management wouldn't make it right. Basically told me I'm screwed. Thank goodness for other gyms.

This is the Most mismanaged gym around. The people that work there do the best they can with what they've got..There is Paint strips hanging from ceiling thru out the place. The heat is out 3/4s of the time. It's always approximately 20 degrees colder in the back and the front is already cold. The membership attendance down 80 % no one wants go to that place.I wish someone would buy it and refurbish it. It is shame because it is convenient.

This place is always freezing, the heat is always broken. It is so disappointing, because so many people love this place. But for no reason should the gym be 40-50 degrees. Over the years things have just stopped getting fixed and it is very sad. This location is perfect, it is by grocery stores, GNC, Chipotle, Target, Starbucks, etc. It is really the only gym in the area, it is a perfect distances for people who live in Stow, Cuyahoga Falls, Kent, Munro Falls, and more. From a business perspective I just don't understand why they would be letting a location like this crumple.
